We pre booked this site in Aug 2009 and arrived to find it in an unacceptable condition. We have two young children, and were concerned for their safety as the site resembled a building yard. The access roads are very narrow and we had problems trying to drive to our pitch. As we were unhappy with the site, we informed the warden that we wished to leave, and asked for a refund on our deposit. He gave us a phone number of a hotel group which dealt with the finances. After several calls, we still have not received a refund.
