What an interesting story that you came up with!

It's sad to say that it seems that your story is not too far from the truth - it seems that mankind generally bind together only during times of tragedy or great sorrow.

I think of the Twin Towers and what happened there - everyone seemed to bind together for a brief period of time - forgetting about their own individual problems and just wanting to help others.

Wouldn't it be great if humankind wanted to help each other in good times, not just in the bad times?

Your story was very thought provoking and made me think about how far man has fallen from what God once made him to be.
