1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

2 Timothy 4:7-8
For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing

Thanks Kathy,

Will take a look at it when I am able to do so.

My eyes are not what they use to be.

Here's an wonderful Hymn which I love..."Angels we have heard on high....
over a thousand people took part in it.

God Bless!

Over A Thousand People Came Together To Break a Record And Bring This Moving Christmas Hymn To Life

Re: The Littlest Angel

Well, since it's hard for you to read it, here's a video of the children's storybook being read to a child on YouTube, and another of the story being read aloud by Loretta Young back in 1945. Enjoy! (This story was written by Charles Tazewell back in the 1940s, and it was made into a Hallmark Hall of Fame in 1969.)

"Angels We Have Heard on High" is one of my favorite Christmas carols! =) However, the video you posted isn't that song, but "Angels from the Realms of Glory." This video below, however, is "Angels We Have Heard on High"!

Re: The Littlest Angel

Thanks so much Kathy, for informing me about it. I will listen to the audio. I guess I must of made a mistake,

when posting it; thanks for the heads up. I guess I'm showing my age now, slowing down, making errors, huh!

I will try it out and listen to the story. I love feeling like a little child again, at times especially at my

age; don't you?

Maybe it will lift my spirit and bring back memories of happier times in my life.

Christmas in my childhood was very unhappy, because of my Step Father's drinking; it wasn't

very memorable at all. However, I made sure our children grew up with good memories, and

the real meaning of Christmas. We had some wonderful memories etc....Praying this Christmas

with our children and grandchildren will bring much joy, and good memories for them to remember

as well.

Jesus is the reason for "Christmas Celebration"; gathering of family and friends together.

Joy to the world the King of Kings is born; Jesus our Saviour.

Have a Blessed and Joyous Christmas Celebration with your family and friends.

Merry Christmas!

Re: The Littlest Angel

Thanks Kathy, for posting the video above "Angels we have heard on high"

Here is the same one but in a more traditional old fashion style; which I have heard since I was a child.

Re: The Littlest Angel

I'm glad you posted it, Valerie!

And now, with Christmas Day just 2 days away, I'm bumping this back up.

Re: The Littlest Angel

I'm bumping this a little early this year; this way, there'll be more time to enjoy it before Christmas Day arrives! =)
