1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

   For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Thanks Tammy, Very appropriate. I agree with you Jesus is the only friend the president needs or anyone of us.

I love this song, Jesus is the most faithful friend anyone could ever have, for there is none like the Lord. He will never leave you or forsake you, and is knocking on the door of hearts who will let Him in their life. Jesus is closer than any family member here on earth. Jesus calls us friends.

John 15:15King James Version (KJV)

15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

Jesus shares all things God the Father says with us His friends.

The Lord is always just a prayer away, in good times and times of need, trials, and tribulation. When friends despise and forsake you will always find solace, in Jesus' protective arms around you.

Do your friends despise, forsake you?
Take it to the Lord in prayer!
In His arms He'll take and shield you;
you will find a solace there.
