Portugal's former prime minister Antonio Guterres, who is virtually certain to be the next UN secretary general, says he wants to be "an honest broker, a bridge-builder and someone who tries to create conditions for consensus."

The veteran politician and diplomat, who won unanimous backing from the UN Security Council on Wednesday, said in an interview with The Associated Press and two other news organizations during his campaign that if he got the job his aim would be to work with all countries to help solve the myriad problems on the global agenda.

The Security Council is scheduled to meet behind closed doors Thursday morning for a formal vote on Guterres's candidacy. Russia's UN Ambassador Vitaly Churkin, the current council president, expressed hope that the council will recommend Guterres by "acclamation" to the 193-member General Assembly, which must approve a successor to Ban Ki-moon, whose second five-year term ends Dec. 31.

Guterres topped all six informal polls in the council after receiving high marks from almost every diplomat for his performance in the first-ever question-and-answer sessions for candidates in the General Assembly. He was the only candidate of the 10 in the race to receive no "discourage" votes in Wednesday's poll, which was the first to use colored ballots to distinguish the votes of the five veto-wielding permanent members — the United States, Russia, China, Britain and France.

My Question is "Where does this leave O?" A power hungry socialist dictator, who wants to destroy, the U.S. along with the rest of the Judaeo/Christian world.

After all he wanted that position after he left his Presidency. Apparently wasn't unanimously chosen, instead Antonio Guterres of Portugal was chosen as UN Secretary General. We all know that O wants to stay in power, indefinitely, if it were possible.

Does that mean, that he will start WW3 with the Russians over bombing Syrian Assad's
regime and Russia will retaliate, by shooting down U.S. Air Craft in return; begin, of WW3. Since in power as U.S. President, he himself, has assured power to the President in office, to remain in office indefinitely, with Marshall Law, should war break out in the U.S. He did sign execuative orders to insure that this would be the case and in place.

There may be no elections if this is his diabolical plan. Anything to stay in power, and push dictatorship, whenever, he so chooses. I believe that what has been going on in discussion re Clinton vs Trump is all a detraction from anyone trying to
comprehend what his real agenda was, and still is, to keep himself in power, one way or another.

God only knows, how this situation will turn out, however, we need to be closer to
God as Christians, listening to God's still small voice within, as to what we need
to do and say. Stay close to God in fervent prayer, and trust God to come through for His Bride, whom is not appointed to God's wrath, instead she is appointed to God's favor, in good times and in bad.

Lord God, Almighty, hear the prayers of your children, who await, the Salvation of their bodies, upon the arrival of Jesus at the Rapture. Father, we are not appointed to your wrath, therefore, we put our faith and trust in the Lord, knowing, that Jesus will surely come beforehand. Hear and answer the prayers of the faith ones gathered here, this day, and bring us home via the Rapture imminently. In Jesus name we pray. Amen & Amen!

USA No Fly Zone in Syria Would Result in World War 3

Secretary of State John Kerry is calling for the immediate implementation of a NO FLY ZONE over Syria to stop Syrian and Russian jets from striking US-backed terrorist forces that are trying to overthrow the Syrian government. Such a move by the USA would undoubtedly lead to direct military confrontation between the US and Russia. Russia has responded by deploying its dreaded S-300 anti-aircraft missile defense systems to Syria to shoot down US jets if they try to attack the Syrian Army. This video also contains graphic footage of the attack that led to the death of Libya's President Gaddafi.
