Moscow has warned Kim Jong-Un to stop threatening to launch nuclear weapons on foreign powers, as it could create 'a legal basis' for military action against North Korea. Kim Jong-Un's comments today were his first direct acknowledgement of previous claims that North Korea has claim to have successfully miniaturised a nuclear warhead to be mounted on missiles.
