1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

2 Timothy 4:7-8
For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing .

Happy Thanksgiving Valerie and to other Canadians who see this. We also will have a quiet Thanksgiving meal on Monday, the Lord willing. Our Lord God is so gracious to bring us to this day. For family and for all the deliverance and provision throughout life, I give thanks. For family in Christ, for His faithfulness and never failing love, I give thanks.
Thank you Valerie and all here for the blessing of your company and sharing faith, for sharing hope in the coming of Jesus. God bless and keep all of you. God truly deserves our heartfelt thanksgiving to Him.

A very Happy Thanksgiving to you too Regina, and to all Canadians, who read here, as well.

I am grateful, that God allowed us to live in this beautiful country, and has blessed,
our land and people, for so many years. Praying that God will continue to do so, as Canada, with Prime Minister Steven Harper at the helm are facing elections on Oct. 19th; have support Israel throughout the years, and in turn our Lord has blessed us greatly. Thanking God, for our Prime Minister, praying he wins the elections, so that God will continue to bless Canada for a good many more years.
