1 Thessalonians 4:15-18
For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
2 Timothy 4:7-8
For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing .
Valerie, Texas Sue, Kathy, Tammy, all, just sending love in Christ Jesus to you. News is so dismal, I've been looking away from it more, and so want to be close to the Lord because there is no wrong in Him. I see headlines, this world is getting more turned away from the true God every day.
We are in a battle, and need our armour of Ephesians 6 to stand. I haven't posted much because of not knowing what to say. Today, I just want to tell you all that the body of Christ Jesus, the bride of Christ whom He loves like His own body is precious. Thank you for the site, Valerie and mods. God bless you all and keep you and provide for you until Jesus returns.

You're absolutely correct, more and more people are turning away from God, and the world is getting darker by the moment.
Waiting to see the Lord Jesus, with great anticipation for that awesome Rapture Flight to Heaven with our Lord leading the way. Evil is being called good, and good is being called evil; what a farce.
What we all know for certain, is the Rapture is imminent. The worse things get, the closer we are to the tribulation, closer than ever before in history to the Rapture.
Thank God, for His mercy on Jesus' Bride, who is not appointed to the Father's wrath. Instead, an awesome journey from Earth to Heaven for her sake in Christ.
With great anticipation, the bride continues to watch as commanded, by her Lord, Savior; the Bridegroom. Soon that great meeting in the air will take place, and
the longing, and waiting will finally be over forevermore.

I too, have suffered a sore throat attack both last night & this morning. I took both NyQuil last night before going to bed, and DayQuil this morning before taking a shower.
I truly believe that we're under Satan's attack. So, what say you, as to just who the culprit is attacking us!?

The reason why I perfer spelling my name, Tammy, is b/c of the song--"Tammy" which actress Debbie Reynolds sang in her Tammy and The Bachelor film. And of course--Sandra Dee's two movies; Tammy Tell Me True & Tammy & The Doctor. And then there's also a TV sitcom that also bears my name in its title. I believe that actress Debbie Watson played the title role.
That's why I'm so adamant about the correct way my name, Tammy, is spelled.
I'll see if I can Google the song title, and post it here. OK!?
