This posting is dedicated to the forever memory and honor of Valerie, who was the founder of, and the inspiration for, this Web site.  The Web site will continue to operate in Valerie's remembrance, as requested by her family.  God bless!

1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

   For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

A Hymn for This Time - "A MIGHTY FORTRESS IS OUR GOD"

We find ourselves living in a day when even in our own (once) Christian nation a false god is held up and celebrated by so called Christian pastors, and pope who seek to merge and homogenize all false gods and our own true Savior Jesus into one spiritual stew served up alike in churches and mosques. The name of Jesus is now kicked down to the gutter and suppressed by the U.S. Govt., local governments, schools and this past week it was allowable to call on the name of a false god in our own national cathedral.

This is so outrageous and so blasphemous that it is beyond the pale and comes up to the level of raging insanity in my opinion. Time to hold up and celebrate and remember Who truly is worthy of worship, praise and faithful loyalty. The words of this song penned by Martin Luther in the 1600's still ring strong and true.

At this season of Thanksgiving it is time to remember from where our help and strength comes.

In a world that seems short on peace and well being, we know that our true peace and supply come from above. The Word says that "Every good and perfect gift comes down from the Father of Lights with Whom there is no changing or shadow of turning." In a turbulent and traumatic time we can truly say "IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL">

Texas Sue, I don't know when the time of Jacob's trouble will begin, don't know when the catching up to meet Jesus will occur, but I do know that Jesus is the Son of God, the Son of David, and He is coming again.
What a beautiful day that will be.

Before, I saw this song, and was reading the experiences other's were having on different threads, the very first thing that came to mind, just a SECOND BEFORE I SAW THIS POST AND THE SONG...I HEARD WITHIN MY SPIRIT; IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL...Coincidence, I think not, I believe the Lord put that thought in my mind, perhaps because the Rapture is so close now. "It Is Well With My Soul" too. Especially after what happened to both Paula Marie & me, only "this" last Sunday--11.16.2014. WOW!!! What a totally awesome experience we shared!?!
