1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

2 Timothy 4:7-8
For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing

America No Longer Needs Israel

"Fair Use for Information and Discussion Purposes"

[ "Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come unto thee. Hide not thy face
from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the
day when I call answer me speedily. For my days are consumed like smoke, and
my bones are burned as an hearth. My heart is smitten, and withered like
grass; so that I forget to eat my bread. By reason of the voice of my
groaning my bones cleave to my skin. I am like a pelican of the wilderness:
I am like an owl of the desert. I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the
house top. Mine enemies reproach me all the day; and they that are mad
against me are sworn against me. For I have eaten ashes like bread, and
mingled my drink with weeping. Because of thine indignation and thy wrath:
for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down. My days are like a shadow that
declineth; and I am withered like grass. But thou, O Lord, shall endure for
ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations. Thou shalt arise, and have
mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come."
Ps 102 ]

Israel Today

A new Israeli study into the historical role of the United States in the
Israeli-Palestinian conflict has concluded that America no longer has "need"
of the Jewish state, and that the ongoing "special relationship" between the
two allies is a relic of the past maintained today by political dynamics in
Congress.

Conducted by Dan Rotem of the Center for Middle East Peace in Washington,
the study was presented on Tuesday at Netanya Academic College. In it, Rotem
suggested that American involvement in the Middle East in the 20th century
was driven by energy-related interests and regional rivalries resulting from
the global confrontation of the Cold War.

The study then examined the complex subject of American mediation in the
Israeli-Palestinian peace process, as well as the internal dynamics of the
"special relationship" between Israel and the US.

Rotem concluded that over time, as America became increasingly liberal and
ethnically diverse, even as Israel grew more conservative and ethnocentric,
Washington came to the determination that it no longer had need of Israel as
a kind of military or political "forward position" in the Middle East.

In light of that, it was further concluded that America had not exhausted
its ability to advance peace between Israel and the Palestinians.

Rotem suggested that Washington do some genuine soul searching regarding its
goals in the Israeli-Arab conflict and what it wants to achieve in the
region.

Subsequently, the US should examine whether or not it is truly prepared to
take the steps necessary to achieve those goals. For instance, the two
parties to the conflict have taken on certain obligations in existing
agreements, and non-compliance should result in real consequences.

America's credibility in the Middle East is very much tied to the perception
of whether or not it has mediated fairly the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

At the end of the day, if there is a disconnect between what America wants
to accomplish and what it is willing to do, then it would be better to
return to the drawing table and find an alternative way forward.

Tom D.

I believe that the rotten politicians in America have brought a curse to our nation.

This is what God has said concerning Israel:

Genesis 12:3New International Version (NIV)

3 I will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you.”[

The book "The Harbinger" is coming to pass...

Woe to our politicians who plot against Israel, Woe to any nation who comes against Israel.

Hugo Chavez gets cancer and died when he cursed Israel. He died a horrible death.

Re: America No Longer Needs Israel

Well, I pray that God will Rapture us before America dies, so we won't become collateral damage.

Re: America No Longer Needs Israel

I pray so too Kathy. I pray all of us are worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass upon the earth!

I pray that the Lord will have mercy on us and take us out like He did Lot and his family before destruction fell!

What is sad is a lot of Americans do not even know the games the elite are playing with us. A lot of Americans think things are the same as they have always been...they cause war, then they rush in to fix it. They have an agenda behind all of things they cause to happen. They treat the people of the world as people pawns, but there is a great God in heaven who knows all things, and as crazy as it seems down here, He prophesied all of these happenings and told us what the outcome would be. Jesus, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, will rule with a rod of iron from Jerusalem!

Re: America No Longer Needs Israel

Kathy, I too pray, that everyone here will be alive on the day of Rapture, and never experience death.

Julie, You're absolutely correct, scripture tells us to pray in that manner exactly.

Luke 21:36

King James Bible
Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

It's always better to be safe than sorry and if scripture states to pray, then we should pray in that manner.

We know that Jesus made a way for our Salvation; let's pray we may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, via the Rapture alive, and not die beforehand through a war or disaster.

Many born again, Holy Spirit filled, Brothers and Sisters in Christ, have died beforehand, and have gone to their graves, and thought that they might be alive
when the Rapture occurs. They are however, comforted, knowing that they will be Raptured first to meet the Lord in the Air. Then we who are alive with join them together to meet Jesus in the air.

These are perilous times we are living in, and if it wasn't for our faith in God,
and Jesus His only begotten Son, many of us would be terrified at the prospect
of lies ahead, as each day brings us that much closer to the Great Tribulation.
Instead we have the peace of Christ, knowing that God hasn't appointed us to wrath,
and our departure via the Rapture is imminent.

Rejoice bride of Jesus, the Lord is coming, for our time here on earth is
quickly closing, and Heaven's Door will be wide open for our arrival.

Come Lord Jesus, and take your Bride where the Lord has prepared a place for us.
Amen!
