A 6.1-magnitude earthquake jolted a county in China's Yunnan province Friday, injuring 43 people and forcing the evacuation of 35,000 people.

Magnitude 6.2 tremor near Mexico
An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.2 has been reported off the coast of Jalisco, Mexico. The U.S. Geological Survey said the tremor was at 1154 GMT (5:54 a.m. EDT) Saturday. The epicenter was 303 kilometers (187 miles) southwest of Puerto Vallarta.

Oklahoma Earthquake Today 2014 Strikes Near Oklahoma City
Officials tell news that a 3.9 magnitude Oklahoma earthquake today 2014 started just after 5:18 am local time. The quake was shallow. Reps tell news that the quake started three miles below ground level. As a result the quake could be felt across the region.
