Dear Ones, in Christ Jesus,

Our Daughter Lora needs much prayer right now and a miracle from God. She had an MRI yesterday at the hospital, and as you know her painful problem has not yet been resolved, or diagnosed correctly. She was in hospital weeks ago with a horrific attack, they did some tests which find her liver enzymes were up, figuring it might be an infection. She was in hospital for awhile, with morphine drip, and antibiotics, and schedule for a MRI, which just took place yesterday, two weeks later. She really needs this problem, diagnosed, and some sort of treatment, so she can get better. She says she is feeling worse than before, and the pain is spreading to other areas.

She called me this morning, and was in a lot of pain again last night. Her husband has taken her to the doctors offices in the hospital that did her tests, and should have her MRI results today. Her oldest daughter's, birthday party is scheduled outside the home, this weekend, as she is not able to handle it at home It is on this Saturday April 5th, she is afraid that she may not make it until then, without landing back in the hospital again.

Her two little girls need their Mom, and I know, that only a miracle from the Lord, can resolve this problem.

PLEASE, PLEASE PRAY, FOR A COMPLETE TOTAL HEALING, WITH NO MORE PAIN.
THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE MOTHERS KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE WHEN YOUR CHILD, IS IN PAIN,
NO MATTER WHAT AGE THEY MAY BE. MY HEART IS BREAKING, AND IF I COULD TAKE HER PLACE I WOULD THIS VERY MOMENT. MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON LORA, AND SEND HER HELP

In Exodus 15:26..The Lord says..that He is the God that healeth thee..

and in Isaiah 41:13 it says...For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.

He is the Great Physician who loves your daughter and your grandchildren more than you could even imagine..and He wants her to be well and to be home with her children..

Valerie, for some reason activated charcoal keeps coming to mind. Pain usually comes from inflammation. My grandmother while she was alive used to doctor on people with natural medicines (God made medicine) and I remember mom talking about my grandmother giving people activated charcoal for many ailments.

I'll google it and see if I can find out anything about it. For some reason the Lord seemed to lay this on my heart.

Thank you so much for your prayers, and encouraging comments in regards to Lora.
I'm very concerned for her, and I too am join all of you and others, whom are praying for a complete healing.

She did see the doctor, and the MRI did not show any left over gallstones stuck in the liver duct, after the gall bladder surgery. The doctor took 10 vials of blood, and requested blood work, testing it for other things as well. One of them is Pancreatitis, it's an inflammation of the Pancreas, that causes terrible pain chronic pain. She told him, it's hard for her to eat anything because she gets pain while eating anything at all. She was in his office for hours, and he gave her other medication for her pain, further examination, etc. He told her that they would have the blood results in a couple of days, and will take it from there. She said she is so worn out, and tired; praying and hoping to get a correct diagnosis, so that she could receive the appropriate treatment.

She thanks each one of you for holding her up in prayer, because, she believes, and so do I, that God is the only one, that can restore and heal her from this problem, because the doctors, are see going around in circles.

Lord have mercy on Lora, and bless all those whom are holding her up in their prayers! In Jesus name I pray! Amen!

Today, our Granddaughter will be celebrating her Birthday. Her actual Birthday is on Wednesday April 9th, which is a school day. Lora's husband rented a small place outside the home, to have the food and party, as she is not up to making it this year at home. We're going down for a couple of hours this afternoon, to the party, and then we'll go home, and she will go home with her family and rest. She's praying she'll be able to make it through the 2 hours for the sake of her daughter Arianna, who will be 9 this Wednesday.

I have mixed emotions today, sad for our daughter, and happy to be able to
celebrate Arianna's birthday...

I believe Lora has pancreatitis, inflammation of the pancreas as her symptoms
match almost perfectly, to the description and symptoms.

May God, help Lora through today, and heal her from this chronic condition.

Valerie, hope the party went well and that Arianna had lots of fun. Nine is a special time in a little girl's life, a time to just enjoy being a child. So glad you live close enough to share these special times with your grandchildren.

The symptoms do sound like Pancreatitus. Praying for relief for her and total healing. I know that the last great wave of healing revivals were around the 1950's with A.A. Allen and many others whom God gifted for that. I am so ready to see a major outpouring of miracles in this area. When I think of so many who are ill, fighting cancer and other devastating diseases, the mental trauma of soldiers back from war fronts, and just the stress of survival that causes nervous breakdowns and other problems, to see God's power displayed would be awesome. May God rend the heavens and come down!

I want to thank you so much for praying for Lora, she made it just fine through the Birthday Party, I actually seen her smile a few times. I'm so grateful for all of your prayers, because they made a big difference today.

The Birthday Party for Arianna, was really nice, there were 10 children in total, almost twice as many adult. It was a baking theme create your own and eat it. They rolled out their pizza dough, and decorated it with the ingredients they like as toppings, and then they ladies running the party, put all their pizza's to bake in the pizza oven. They ate their own creations They were so proud of themselves. Then they decorated cup cakes which are Arianna's favour treat, had ice cream and birthday cake, and play some games.

The parents who came, sat at a separate table and had chicken, pizza, coffee,
fruit punch, ice cream and cake too, except they did have to make it,their own.

I was so glad they opted to have it outside their home, because it would have been too much for Lora, at home, and clean up etc. too. She actually got to enjoy herself a bit, which made me happy.

I'm praying she'll hear by Monday from her Family Doctor, with the results of the blood work, etc. In the meantime, I did a search on the internet, and found, how to try and alleviate the pain. Apparently, with pancreatitis, which is an inflammation of the pancreas, when you eat anything it hurts, because the pancreas, makes emzine juices, which digest your food. With pancreatitis the pancreas has to work a lot harder, and the pain can be light to sever. If you try to have small meals several times a day is better, giving the pancreas a chance to rest and help the inflammation to recede back to normal. I know how painful it is as I had to be hospitalized, because I wasn't even able to drink water without having pain. I was in for many days, maybe a week, I had no food, just an intravenous drip, with glucose, morphine, etc. to rest the pancreas, and it passed. Thank God I never had that attack ever since, and this happened almost 37 years ago.

Today, was one of the better days, actual a good day all around; God is good!

Today Lora went to her family doctor for blood results, and he said the tests didn't find anything. She is beside herself, she called me crying, that nobody believes her as far as the medical field is concerned.

I told her that she has been misdiagnosed, as I was, walking around with aggressive breast cancer for the longest time, and the doctor's were telling there was nothing wrong with me...sure nothing wrong with me...what an dumb thing to say for so called educated doctors. Nobody knows your body better, than God first, and you, yourself, next. Here I was walking around with an aggressive cancerous tumor growing at an alarming speed, until thank God, one doctor, out of half a dozen, believed me, and took me seriously. She can't give up she needs to get an answer and proper diagnosis, before it's too late for her.

Instead of sending her to an internal specialist, he told her to take buscopan daily and come and see him in 2 weeks, and THEN HE'LL SEND HER TO A SPECIALIST, "What a farce", these doctors create these days, the love of money, money, money. He'll make more money on her coming back for the third time now, and then the wait for a specialist is around 4 months if not longer....I'm very upset and angry, there is no help, only God can help. My daughter told him, that the pain continues, and is chronic and she thinks she'll most likely end up in hospital again....(that's not his problem) didn't blink an eyelash. Now I understand, why scriptures states, the love of many will grow cold...colder than a tombstone, I say.

Is there a doctor out there in Canada that could help her? God only knows, I don't know where to look or what to do..neither does she. She still in pain every single day!!! These must be the end days, many people in Christ Jesus,
are suffering some malade of one kind or another these end times.

Oh God please let the Rapture take place in the next few weeks, so that she and we can get out of here, and leave all our illnesses and troubles behind us.

I'm so ready to go, and so is she.

Where can we go for help, but to the Lord!!

I am so sorry to hear about all that is going on with your precious daughter, Lora. I will pray that the Lord leads her to someone that can help her quickly or that the Lord would heal her Himself. May He give her comfort, help her to be free of pain and restore her back to perfect health. I also pray that the Lord will come quickly to take us all home, from such an evil world where there will be no more sickness. Even so, come Lord Jesus!!

I am so sorry to hear that she has been dismissed so casually when she has been suffering with this for so long. There is a verse in the book of Acts that says all things are open and bare to the eyes of God. May God pinpoint the exact cause of this pain and the solution for its cure in JESUS NAME!

Thank you both very much for your comforting words, and kind remarks for Lora,and especially your prayers.

My daughter and I are both convinced that it is pancreatitis, the inflammation of the pancreas. I had pancreatitis in my early 40's and was hospitalized as I couldn't even drink water without having pain. I was put on glucose drip with morphine, for pain and no food for four days to rest my pancreas enzymes, in digesting any food, and the inflammation went down. Thank God I haven't had another episode since. Her symptoms are
exactly the same as my were. I told her to eat small meals several times
a day so that the pancreas didn't have to work so hard digesting the food, and therefore, it was able to rest, and relieve some of the pain.

Pancreatitis is an severe painful attack on the pancreas,
it could be caused by certain foods, constant stress, alcohol but she is not a regular drinker, and so that can be ruled out. She might have a drink one or twice a year. Now, she doesn't even drink that little any more.

I heard some information on the Dr. Oz show, about the elimination of certain foods, one by one, that cause pain, can help to reduce the inflammation and prevent further attacks.

I went to a blog site a person put up, called, "living with pancreatitis", and they suggested to add fresh ginger to their meals, and this person felt immediate relief. Fresh ginger tea is very good as well. Ginger is a natural anti inflammatory, I asked Lora to try it especially in her meals and tea. Honey also can help, as well, I try to have a little every morning on toast.

Lora, has had a second opinion from a family Dr. she use to see when she lived in the city. He believes it is her liver, and has set up more test for her, liver enzymes, blood work etc., and is trying to get her to see a liver specialist. The problem is the wait can be up to 6 months, and she is still in chronic pain.

If you all remember she fell back on Dec. 10,2013, down a flight of stairs and injured her lower back and arm at that time. She may have injured her Liver then, and in early March it had started acting up. The abdominal pain and lower back pain is on the right side, exactly where the liver sits. I wish she would have seen a doctor that day, however, she had just come from the doctor that day for another reason, and didn't want to go back so soon.

Today she is in terrible pain, and her lower back is swollen. She believes
she will end up in hospital again, as she feels she can no longer cope with the pain.

Please continue to pray for her, and ask God for a miracle, healing, or
physician help, whatever the Lord desires, but quickly. I can't even think
about losing her, and her little girls need their Mom. My heart is very heavy today, and my thoughts are, Lord come quickly, and take us at the Rapture now.

Lord please have mercy on Lora and answer the prayers going up for her, in Jesus name I pray. Amen!

Lora called around 4 pm this afternoon and told me that she got in contact with this family doctor, this afternoon, to tell him how badly she was feeling. Apparently, he was able to land her an appointment with a LIVER SPECIALIST NEXT WEDNESDAY MAY 14TH, ONE WEEK, FROM TODAY; THIS IS A MIRACLE; AS NO ONE GETS TO SEE A SPECIALIST THIS SOON; THE VERY, VERY, MINIMUM IS ONE MONTH, AND YOU ALMOST HAVE TO BE RELATED, OR A FRIEND OF THE SPECIALIST. THANKS BE TO GOD, GOD IS GOOD!

LORA CALLED IT A MIRACLE FROM GOD, THAT SHE GOT THIS APPOINTMENT SO QUICKLY, BECAUSE RECENTLY, SHE WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE UP TO 6 MONTHS; BECAUSE THE ROSTER WAS FULL.

I CALL IT A MIRACLE FROM GOD TOO, AND I PRAISED AND THANK GOD, AFTER SPENDING THE AFTERNOON, CRYING AND PRAYING BEGGING GOD FOR HELP.

For some reason the Lord, kept bringing back to my mind when she fell down the stairs on Dec. 10, 2013; apparently she didn't mention it to the doctors when she was first booked in the hospital. I believe she may have injured her liver at that time, and now since early March it has been causing a lot of pain. If this turns out to be the cause, she will need surgery.

Praying for all that has vexed Lora to be removed from her in Jesus' name! I know that she would love to just feel normal again with no pain and all as it should be.

Valerie, For the past several days I have been reading a book about Maria Woodworth-Etter whom God used during the late 1800's and early 1900's to spread the gospel and heal the sick. Jesus told us to "heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons, and cleanse the lepers. Freely you have received, freely give". This verse is constantly on my mind these days and in my heart. Maria Woodworth Etter was available for the Holy Spirit to use her as an instrument to carry out this commission.

In reading all of the miraculous testimonies what stands out is that the PRESENCE OF GOD was so tangible in those meetings that the salvations, healings, freedom from demonic bondage and even the dead raised was carried out without struggling or stress. Just as ALL who came to Jesus were healed, so it happened in these meetings. Even people miles from the meeting all around would be affected by the power of the presence of God and be convicted, saved, healed, go into trances and see visions, visit heaven, etc.

I am asking God for this very tangible PRESENCE again here on earth wherever there is anyone who belongs to Him before we are caught up. Wouldn't it be absolutely awesome to have that kind of heaven on earth that surrounds us to such a degree that sickness of any kind, injuries, even death cannot remain where the presence of God is there. We would not be fighting the battles we are in now as the just the very strong power of God's being with us would send it away. Like turning on a light in a dark room, health, peace and wholeness would instantly do away with all the misery. This is what I am asking for now for all of us. I have heard many say that just before Jesus comes back there will be a great ingathering. It can only happen if the Holy Spirit is present in such strength and magnitude as He was in these meetings at the turn of the last century.

A BIG BIG AMEN! Texas Sue! I had never heard of Maria Woodworth-Etta. I'm going to look her up on the internet and read more about this beautiful Spirit filled woman. What a ministry! She must have worked in all nine gifts of the Spirit. What a blessing to have been able to see the power of the Lord Jesus in such a way! I agree let the latter rain pour down upon Your people Lord Jesus!

Valerie, we pray blessing and favor upon you and your family and continue to lift Lora up to the Lord. Lord Jesus, we ask a healing for Lora and praise You for Your wonderful love for us. Through Your death we have hope in life.

Her Muslim neighbors and relatives grieved the loss of this relatively young mother of nine children. But after mourning her death for 12 hours, God brought a miracle that touched many lives.

“This is one of the most unusual and dramatic testimonies we’ve ever recorded in our AIMS ministry,” says Dr. Howard Foltz, president and founder of AIMS. “It all started when a man named Warsa got saved and then God spoke to him that he would be used by God to see the dead raised.”

Trained as a missionary by AIMS, Warsa was already reaching many Muslims with the good news about Jesus Christ. Then one of women in his village became ill.

“For two months I was very seriously sick,” says Fatuma Shubisa. Fatuma grew up in a Muslim home, but she and her husband converted to Christianity.

One day Fatuma’s mother came to visit her ailing daughter was shocked to find her lying motionless and unresponsive. She searched in vain for a pulse or heartbeat, but Fatuma’s body was already cold.

She closed Fatuma’s eyes and straightened her leg. Unable to control her grief, she began to wail, and her sheiks aroused many of her Muslim neighbors who gathered in and around the home. They too began to grieve.

At the moment Fatuma died, her soul left her body and she was drawn up to heaven. The first person she met was her brother-in-law, who died two years earlier.

“That brother of my husband took my hand and led me away,” she recalls. As her former home on earth receded like “an open ditch,” heaven opened to her.

“I went to a place where everyone was dressed in gold,” Fatuma says. “I looked at the earth as very dirty.” In heaven, she felt “free and clean.”

Fatuma also met her mother-in-law in heaven. “She was begging them to send me back so I could raise my children,” she recalls.

Meanwhile, a missionary named Warsa Buta was walking nearby and saw the crowd gathered around Fatuma’s home. When he learned of her passing, he went inside and began to pray.

Some wondered why he prayed, since she had already been dead 12 hours. When he heard the murmuring, he persisted in prayer, because he remembered the promise God gave him as a young believer, that he would be used in such a time as this. Could this be the day?

“I had faith the Lord would work through me,” Warsa says. “I prayed as Peter prayed, ‘Fatuma, be raised…I ask you in the name of the Lord, come to life…

“Fatuma, be raised in the name of Jesus!”

Suddenly, Fatuma sat up in the bed, as everyone gasped in astonishment.

“I found myself in my body,” Fatuma recalls. “I said, ‘What is this? What’s happening? What is going on?’

Most of those around her were speechless. “Can he call back a dead person – a dead soul to a body?” someone asked.

“If this is real, we will all become Christians,” one man said. “Your God is a very powerful God!” another shouted.

Many believed in the Lord Jesus that day and there was great rejoicing in Fatuma’s village. She is convinced she knows the reason for her return.

“I came back because it was the will of God for me to live with my children, but I would be very happy to go back there,” she notes. “Now I have seen when a Christian dies he goes to a better place and his body goes back to dust. For a nonbeliever, that (hell) is a place of sadness. But when a Christian dies he goes to a place where everything is good, where everyone is happy.”

Dr. Howard Foltz believes God will use powerful testimonies like Fatuma’s to provide breakthroughs among unreached people groups. “Our goal is to see all the remaining 35 unreached people groups of Ethiopia reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ,” he says. Dr. Foltz notes that Fatuma’s miracle was also reported on by The 700 Club.

Dear Ones in Jesus,

An Update on Lora!

Our daughter saw the specialist yesterday, Wednesday, at a Toronto Hospital. He spend over an hour with her,and immediately started a test. He believes that she may have developed an autoimmune disease, after her gallbladder surgery, and the bile is continuing to back up into the liver instead and is causing stones to continue to form, and a stone/stones may be blocked inside her liver. The first time she had excruciating pain and was hospitalized, she may have past a stone; and more may be forming. He did a test yesterday to see if there was scarring to the liver.

He has issued a whole slew of new tests, and redo especially one that we done incorrectly; go figure.

He told Lora that her condition could become life threatening very quickly, especially, if there is a blockage, due to a stone in the liver, or a blood clot. She is to immediately go to emergency to the hospital, if the pain escalates along with a fever, she starts vomiting, or passes blood. In the meantime he has a MCPR with injection test set up,which the previous hospital and doctors failed to carry through they order the test but failed to use the injection; other tests line up are UltraSound, Cat scan, etc. etc., The last thing will be a biopsy of the liver, and surgery...thank God today, she was sore, but not complaining that the pain was escalating.

She says see feels, this is the first time she is at peace about it, because,
this specialist was very thorough, showed great concern, and when she got home with her husband from her appointment, she had a message from her doctor, telling her the date of an important test, which has been set up.

Right after her tests are done, she is to see the specialist that very same day.

Please continue to keep her in your prayers; God has been protecting her,
and I believe she will finally get the help she so desperately needs.

Is there any treatment for this condition?? Will she be able to take meds to dissolve the blockages or will she just have to live with them?

I sure hope that there is some sort of a treatment so she won't have to get to the emergency room every time it may happen..

Some conditions you may be able to modify your diet to help, but whatever happens, I know that God is able to heal her and He loves her.

I'm more relaxed about the situation now, knowing, that the Lord has opened a way for her to get help sooner, than later, before it becomes an emergency again. Thanks be to God. It's so important to have a proper diagnosis in order
to know how to treat the problem.

Sandy, she hasn't been told yet, if there are meds etc., for this condition,
since the doctor wants to pinpoint the problem specifically, so it can be treated properly. It will all depend on what all these test show and how he
is going to treat her condition. Once he can pinpoint a precise diagnosis, then either treatment or surgery will follow. I too pray it's not one of these chronic conditions that keep repeating over and over, as it would do irreparable damage to her liver, with continuous scarring.

We'll just have to keep praying and wait and see the final prognosis, once a specific diagnosis is confirmed by these tests he has set up for her. Like I mentioned before, the last resort is a biopsy and surgery.

She's a wonderful person who loves the Lord, and for whatever reason she is going through it at the moment, it can only draw her closer to Jesus; because
doctors don't always have the cure, but God does. Praying for a good report
once the results come in. Trusting God to see her through it all.

Praise the Lord! Lora is finally getting the help she needs. It sounds like the Lord has blessed this doctor with wisdom. Thank you Lord for your great mercy and answer to our prayers!

I believe the Lord will use this doctor for a healing for Lora I am so glad. There is nothing worse than to see your child suffer, no matter how old they are.

Lord continue to hold Valerie and Lora in your arms and all of their family.
