1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

   For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Very true, this is something many of us have not experienced before.

Today, is -21 already with wind chill of -41 and it's only 1:20pm in the afternoon.

Planes have been cancelled to land or take off in our major airport, some street cars (trolleys) won't work cease up, because of the cold. A reporter threw a boiling cup of water in mid air, and it froze immediately. I know we get cold temperatures living here, but this year is something when haven't experience this cold for over 20 years. Then these ice quakes, which I never knew existed, until then happened this winter....very apocalyptic Weather of Biblical Proportions indeed.

Not to mention the Anarctic, where a Russian research ship and a Chinese ice-breaker ship had gotten stuck in the ice there, too.

The latest news about that is; that finally there was a break in the weather down there at the bottom of the earth...what with an American ice-breaker ship enroute and on her way - both the above ships were finally able to get unstuck, and then head out to open water.

I'm glad that they're finally free.

Oh, btw, onboard the Russian research ship were earthworshipping scientists passenger. You know--those Al Gore types. Dontcha all wonder what they're thinkin' now!?
