1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

2 Timothy 4:7-8
For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing

Merry Christmas - Maranatha! - My Comments - Goodbye!

MERRY CHRISTMAS

To all the Brothers & Sisters in Christ, I hope to meet all of you very soon in Heaven with Jesus. A special thanks to Kathy G., whom has been with me since the beginning, for your help as a moderator, and Texas Sue whom came on the scene as Mod as well, I appreciate any and all help I received from both. Thank you very much, May God reward you accordingly in Heaven.

Thank You to all my Brothers & Sisters in Christ, whom continued to contribute, their messages, posts of encouragement, and for your fellowship,
as followers of Jesus. Jesus knows you hearts, and He knows how much you long to be with Him.

This may be it folks, our time may have arrived. I can not explain the strange things that have happened recently on the forums; however, the Lord, is indeed telling us; heads up, the time is very near now. The Lord has confirmed to me, through signs, dreams, & especially recent vision I had, that the time is very soon now.

O HOLY NIGHT

Some of My Comments:

I believe the Rapture is very near, and I believe that Zachary is sincere, humbly, God fearing young man, who believes that he has been receiving messages from the Lord, and asked everyone to pray and confirm for themselves, by asking God to confirm it to each person in prayer. The Rapture has always been imminent, therefore, it could happen at the exact timing before Christmas. We're just days away now, and it's all in God's hands.

Right now in my own spirit, I feel that this is a great possibility that we have finally arrived at the time. Therefore, should, God see to it, that this is truly His chosen timing, to send Jesus to take His children home, then I will not longer be here, and my work will be finished. I hope this forum stays up for others to know the truth, what really has happened to God's people.

I want to wish everyone, a very Blessed & Merry Christmas, and hope that if you haven't accepted the Lord as your personal Savior, that you will do so, as soon as possible.

After the Rapture, there will be 7 years of tribulation like the world has never experienced or seen before; then Jesus will return to Earth, and every eye will see Him, coming with His Angels and Saints. Jesus & His will be victorious and win the battle at Armageddon. The Lord Jesus, will set up His Kingdom here on Earth to rule and reign, ALL NATIONS OF THE WORLD. JESUS IS KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS, AND HE SHALL RULE WITH A ROD OF IRON.

There are many good articles here, and many links to sites, that can help you get some answers to your questions; this of course applies to those whom may have been surfing the Internet, and have stumble on our site, looking for answers.

Get King James Version of the Bible, read, Revelation, pray and ask God to reveal to you what lies ahead for the whole world and it's inhabitants, in the next 7 years. Don't take the mark of the beast, in your right hand or forehead, do not worship the beast either; the beast is the Anti-Christ, and soon HE WILL BE REVEALED TO THE WHOLE WORLD, ONCE THE RAPTURE TAKES PLACE.

Remember that the Savior of the World Jesus of Nazareth, born in Bethlehem, came as a child, born of the Virgin Mary; celebrate and thank God, Jesus came, to lay His life down for all sinners willing and take it up again, in His resurrection on the 3rd day after His Death.

He healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, made the lame walk again, deaf could hear, the dumb could speak and raised the dead. Many miracles, teaching, preaching about God the Father and how we should live, love God and one another. Yet the greatest things of them all, Jesus willing laid down His life in obedience to God the Father, and died for our sins, in our place on the cross. For all have sinned and have come short of God's Glory, except the Son of God, our Lord and Savior Jesus.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Through Jesus' sacrifice and resurrection, we are reconciled to God the Father. Jesus is alive and coming back any time now, first at the Rapture in the Clouds, to take His Church/Bride and will return a second time to Earth, at the battle of Armageddon after the 7 years tribulation with His Saints. He and His army will be victorious, and Jesus, will set up His Kingdom here on Earth in Jerusalem, to rule and reign ALL NATIONS OF THE WORLD.

This is my Goodbye, as I don't know the exact day or hour the Lord will come.
but I do know that it is near even at the door.

In Jesus' Love,

Your Sister in Christ,
Valerie

Re: Merry Christmas - Maranatha! - My Comments - Goodbye!

Valerie, it is exciting to know that "Goodbye" here means "Hello" there. It has been such a joy and a pleasure to be a part of Rapture Flight to Heaven and to meet all of those online who have posted and replied to posts. It is so good to get to know part of our "FOREVER" family here.

I have not had the time to bake and prepare all the goodies for Christmas that is my usual custom at this season. It is all coming down to Monday and Tuesday to get everything done. Perhaps we will leave before then and that may be the reason that other duties and work have kept me from it as we may not be here for Christmas Day.

I am listening again to Gary Wood's heaven testimony as I am writing this. It seems that all I want to hear about is heaven, our eternal home. Just as I replied to this post Gary reached the part in the testimony where Jesus was telling him what will happen just before He returns for us in the rapture. Just another strange coincidence?

Jesus said to him, "I want you to tell people, Heaven is my creation for them, I am the center of it all and I have created it for their enjoyment. I want you to tell them they are special, they are unique. No one, no one is just like them. Tell them don't ever buy into the condemnation of the devil that they are unworthy. They are worthy because I have redeemed them by the blood of the Lamb."

He said more but this part seemed to be what I should share here. Jesus created heaven for US - He loved us so much that He suffered and died to buy us back out of slavery to the devil so that we can be with Him. Such love and so great a sacrifice for us! If anyone is reading this that has never asked Jesus to forgive you and come into your heart PLEASE DO IT NOW. God is not angry with you, He weeps over your lost condition and longs to restore you to the place that He created you for - a son or daughter in His family. The best operation and scheme of the devil is to work in the area of religion to deceive and give people a false idea of who God is and how He feels about you. Jesus came in tangible physical form to let us know that God LOVES US and HE WANTS US BACK WITH HIM. GOD IS LOVE! He loved us before we ever loved Him. God is gracious, merciful, kind and good. He will judge those at the end who reject Him but He would rather welcome each one home and gather them into His arms. You choose the outcome, He does not. CHOOSE LIFE, CHOOSE JESUS!

Re: Merry Christmas - Maranatha! - My Comments - Goodbye!

Valerie & T/Sue,

I surely do hope 'n' pray that our hour for our Rapture is nye, and that we'll all be going home soon to our heavenly home for Christmas.

I'm still on that wait 'n' see mode...you know--such as Jesus will come at a time when we think not, kinda thinking. I'll believe it when it finally does happen. I just know that Jesus won't hold it against me for feeling the way that I do, will he!?

I just hope 'n' pray that you're correct, that's all. So, should our Rapture happen, I won't say--"Good-bye!" just yet to you here on earth. I'll just say...

PLEASE COME QUICKY, LORD JESUS!!!

Maranatha!
Tammy

P.S. Then, when our Rapture happens, all I have to do is to think your two names...and walla!!! You two will instantly show up at my side as we're in flight.

Re: Merry Christmas - Maranatha! - My Comments - Goodbye!

I'm in a wait-and-see mode, as well, Tammy. God hasn't confirmed this for me, so it's impossible for me to say either way. I can't take anybody's word for it, not even Valerie's and Texas Sue's. Too many people have predicted, in the past, that this was it!--only to be wrong--that I find it hard to get excited about any such statements now. Time will tell, as always, and so all we can do, at this point, is await developments. If we're not Home for Christmas this month, then we'll have to see what 2014 brings.

from me to you, Kathy. For you're absolutely right on, sis.

God hasn't confirmed it to me either. For we won't know until it finally does happen...only then, will we believe it. It's like I mentioned in my above post--Jesus will come at a time when we think not. For when He comes, we'll all be more then very pleasantly surprised, won't we?[Hugs]

Re: Merry Christmas - Maranatha! - My Comments - Goodbye!

I sure hope you are right Valerie! I really hope its sooner than later. I remember around Christmas time last year, I thought perhaps that would be my last Christmas on earth, but it was not to be. However this year it seems many people are receiving confirmations, so it looks promising.

I have not personally received any confirmation, but perhaps I am not asking the right questions, Dunno . I do know though, that last year in 2012, while there was a lot of buzz that he was going to come. I remember asking the Lord that if he was coming as soon as they said he was, to not bother getting me a job, because I did not want the job to be a distraction.I wanted to fully concentrate and prepare for his coming, and spend time with loved ones ( see, I was out of work for about three months and was looking for employment). However, I told him, that if he was going to tarry and not come in 2012 to get me a job, because we( my husband and I) needed that extra income. That was in June 2012, by September I was already hired. Everyone kept buzzing about how he might come that year and the high holy days were coming on the Jewish calendar, so it was also high watch time. I believe there was also some asteroid, people kept talking about around that time as well, My hope at the time was that maybe he would come, But I remembered my prayers months before, when I was not working and wondered if he really did answer my prayer and was going to tarry or was it just coincidence that I found work.

He did not arrive that year though, so I guess he had responded to my prayer and that was a sign to me. This year I have asked in different ways but maybe I am not asking the right questions or I am not hearing the answer LOL!! Either way I know he is coming soon , you are all right! it does feel different this year, I hope its not just wishful thinking on our part. I will keep Inquiring of the Lord. December is almost done though, so we will Know soon enough.

I want to say that I have enjoyed this forum very much, I don't participate as much as others do, but I'm a little shy and self conscious like that. However, this forum has been such a very special relief for me, back in 2010 or was it 2011 when I really caught the rapture fever, I was desperately looking for people I could talk to about these things, I found that although all Christians in my denomination believed in the rapture ( I come from a pentecostal background), None were really looking intently for the Lord. They were not excited about current events like I was, or looking at the weather changes as signs, Yea sure they thought the birth pangs were increasing. But no one had that fever or real wanting for the rapture, they spoke of it in a distant kind of way, like it would be far off.

Then I googled and I found you guys, and I have been hooked ever since. Being here makes me feel not alone, and not completely abnormal LOL!!Thanks all of you for the encouragement and insight you have given through out the years, I love this site and I also can't wait to meet you all.
God bless.

PS. When I say I caught the rapture fever around 2010 it does not mean I did not believe in a pre-trib rapture before then, I always have, but I was busier then my kids were very young and I was just to busy to notice things I guess. However, I think the real reason I started looking more intently is I belive there was a shift, I felt like something changed, Current events and weather just seemed to be screaming out " last Days" to me. I felt the atmosphere was changing, people were changing, even time itself. just think how much our own country has changed since the 9/11. also times seems to go faster, and people seemed more oppressed and more in bondage, life is weighing a lot heavier on everyone. Don't know if you Guys get what I'm saying, But to me it just feels like there has been a shift that took place a few years ago. and the prophetic clock started to rapidly start ticking.

Re: Merry Christmas - Maranatha! - My Comments - Goodbye!

Texas Sue, Kathy, Tammy,

I was just reading your replies, and feeling very emotional because my condition with my legs is getting worse, and soon I won't be able to get around with a cane or walker inside my home. I will be confined to a wheel chair permanently.
Being such an independent person all my life, always doing for others, I can't see myself, being wholly dependent on others, in this case my husband, who isn't in good health himself. Then all of a sudden my husband had the TV on, and watching a movie, when I heard the song come on "I surrender all", all to Jesus, then I knew, time is almost up now for me. I must trust Jesus no matter how bad things may look right now.

Kathy & Tammy,

Because most of us if not all of us have been through the ups and downs of a Rapture roller coaster ride, with so many failed dates, we are, or have been skeptical about all prophecy dealing with the timing of the Rapture. To me,
this is another sign that the Rapture is very close now, whether it happens before Christmas, or shortly after. Another piece of scriptural prophecy is being fulfilled "For when we least expect it" Jesus will come. Most of us
least expect it to happen now, just because we were duped many times in the past, therefore, the possibility is definitely here and now.

I am right now in an expecting mode, for the return of Jesus at the Rapture to take place, for I can not think of anything else at the moment, everything seems secondary to me, and my eyes are set on Jesus only.

We must be ready to receive Jesus our Lord and Savior at any time. We have no idea of the day nor the hour when Jesus will come (Matthew 24:36, 42), so we must always be prepared. When do you think Jesus will come? I think He could come at any minute. I have heard some say that the Lord could not possibly come this year because not enough prophecy has been fulfilled. This is a very dangerous attitude! If we do not expect Him, the Lord could surprise us as quickly as He will the world. Remember the words of Jesus, “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh” (Matthew 24:44).

Jesus warned people that His coming would catch them unawares. “For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the earth” (Luke 21:35). He compared the last days to the days of Noah and the flood when people lived in merriment and carelessness up to the very minute the rains begin to fall (Matthew 24:37-39.) Then it was too late! This is the reason Jesus will come like a thief in the night.

Jesus will not come as a thief to Christians who are looking for Him.
We are on a constant vigil watching for the Lord's coming in the clouds,
therefore, we know Jesus is Coming. The Lord is very close now, even at the door. Maranatha! Valerie

All to Jesus I Surrender

Re: Merry Christmas - Maranatha! - My Comments - Goodbye!

Hi Valerie, Texas Sue, Kathy, Lucy, EDIT! Hi Tammy! Hi all!
when I first started to read this thread, I dreaded to hear Valerie was closing RFTH! But no, your anticipating, hoping for the blessed coming of the Lord, to take His own home where He is.
We long for the return of Jesus, who is God's only Son, come in flesh. Come back in triumph Lord.

I am so grateful, forever thankful that He was born.
This morning, I read a small bit of James 3 and Prov 21, about keeping our tongues. Valerie & mods & participants here have used your tongues and fingers typing to bring honour to Father God and Lord Jesus.

Lucy said "Current events and weather just seemed to be screaming out " last Days" to me. I felt the atmosphere was changing, people were changing, even time itself. just think how much our own country has changed since the 9/11. also times seems to go faster, and people seemed more oppressed and more in bondage, life is weighing a lot heavier on everyone. Don't know if you Guys get what I'm saying, But to me it just feels like there has been a shift that took place a few years ago. and the prophetic clock started to rapidly start ticking."

Lucy, I sense a change in oppression and prophetic fulfillment also. So many seasons that people were sure of have come and gone. Something different though is the blood moon tetrad coming beginning in April 15, 2014. It seems this points that God is dealing with Israel as the last blood moon tetrads on Passover and Sukkot were important events in the history of the Jewish people and Israel. Is this signalling the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled?
It could be that these are signals in the heavens for Israel to stop, to return to the Lord God of Israel Who made heaven and earth and Who even puts big red dots on important appointment times.
Prov 21:31 says, "The horse is prepared against the day of battle; but safety is of the Lord".
The tetrads may be a sign language warning for Israel to believe and trust God instead of the nations for safety.

I am not a preacher, not a teacher, not a prophet, only someone who is trusting Jesus to atone for me.
Valerie & all I hope it is not goodbye but that I can see you in heaven. If the Lord does come now today or before 2014, I will be glad on any day that He calls my name and saves me. I want to be with the Lord Jesus where He is. This world needs renewing and I think its time (based on the coming tetrads) for the lost sheep of Israel to be brought to the shepherd.
come back Lord Jesus.

I Wonder What Christmas in Heaven Is Like

Re: Merry Christmas - Maranatha! - My Comments - Goodbye!

Valerie, I had a thought today that the words "an hour as ye think not" have already happened, because the disciples and early church had no idea that almost 2000 years would pass since the cross and resurrection.
We can't pin the tail on the date. Yet that verse has already come to pass.
Merry Christmas all. I so wish we could celebrate the birth of Jesus together. I hope we get to celebrate being with Him soon.

Matthew 24
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

44Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

Re: Merry Christmas - Maranatha! - My Comments - Goodbye!

Regina,

I think we have to take that Chapter from the beginning and in context, and not verse/s by itself.

Jesus is speaking in this Chapter, so that can't be about His first coming,
it is definitely speaking about His Second Coming.

Matthew 24

New International Version (NIV)

The Destruction of the Temple and Signs of the End Times

24 Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 2 “Do you see all these things?” he asked. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.”

3 As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

4 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.

9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

15 “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’ spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand— 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. 19 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20 Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again.

22 “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. 23 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. 24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you ahead of time.

26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.

29 “Immediately after the distress of those days

“‘the sun will be darkened,
and the moon will not give its light;
the stars will fall from the sky,
and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’

30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

32 “Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. 34 Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

The Day and Hour Unknown

36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 40 Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.

42 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43 But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44 So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.

45 “Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? 46 It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns. 47 Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. 48 But suppose that servant is wicked and says to himself, ‘My master is staying away a long time,’ 49 and he then begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards. 50 The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. 51 He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Therefore, if we take the scripture in context, Jesus is speaking about His Second Coming.

Maranatha!

Valerie
