Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ,



Our daughter Lora, had a terrible accident yesterday, she fell from the top of the second story of her house, down, her long set of semi circular stairs
to the very bottom. Apparently, she was distracted by checking to see if a light was turned on, and as she turned around to go down, she missed a step, and tumbled to the very bottom. She tried to break her fall, and put her arm out, but it didn't help. She injured her lower back, and her arm which is in a sling. We're going to see her today, and see what we can do for her. She might have to go to a doctor or hospital, depending on her injuries. She sounded in pain, and wasn't to thrilled about going to a doctor yesterday, as she was just there the same day getting results from some test she had done for her stomach problems.

Please stop and take the time to pray for our daughter's healing,
and protection from anymore harm from the enemy.

Valerie, praying for all pain and affliction to be gone from her body now in Jesus name! Jesus is the same ysesterday, today and forever and He heals! Praying for angels to watch over her and the family.

I too, many many moons ago, accidentally fell down the back stairs of the house we once lived in in Petersburg, VA. So I know how you daughter feels.

I too, will pray for her as well.

Thanks so much Susan & Tammy, I appreciated your prayers.
I too fell twice once at age 9 which ended up with major back surgery when I was 16, and the second time when I was 47, and fell down stair of our then second storey home which ended up with another major back surgery. I too know how it feels.

Please keep on praying, she's going to need all the prayers to help her to keep going, she has two children 6 & 8, and she walks them to school and back everyday, besides, all the chores at home.

Leaving around 11 this morning, and staying the day to help her out.

Lord hear and answer our prayers, for Lora!

18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

As Your word says, let it be done Lord Jesus!

Thank you Regina, and all those people who sent personal emails,
praying for our daughter Lora.

We spent the day with her today; praise God, she is able to move around without too much problem, pain to her arm and lower back and tail bone. She seemed very sore, bending, sitting some problem any length of time. We are thankful, with such a horrific fall, it wasn't worse; like a broken, arm, leg, or even death; God is good, Angels must of broken her fall some how.

She is taking some medication for the pain, and wants to take it a day at a time, to see, how she is healing.

I believe God is hearing and answering prayers, and letting us know, that
He is our Father in Heaven whom cares about all His children, young and old alike.

Praying for a complete healing before, Christmas!

Thank You, Lord, for keeping Lora under your wing. We pray for a complete recovery for her, in the precious name of Jesus.
Jehovah Rapha, we praise your name and thank you for your love and mercy that is new each morning and your grace that will bring us home.

This type of a fall sounds like spiritual warfare to me. I will set up a prayer chain. It also sounds really painful but thank the Good Lord that the results were not worse than they are right now. With that type of a fall anything could have happened.

the Holy Spirit please wrap Your comforting loving arms around Valerie, Lora and all your family now Valerie, we ask in Jesus name. RFTH love you

I spoke to her today, she is still very sore from the fall, but is able to move around, she is thankful for all your prayers everyone, and she knows that it could have been a lot worse. The Lord is healing her daily, making
each day more bearable than the day before.

Thank you everyone whom replied here and on the Prayer forum with prayers
for our daughter Lora, I pray that in turn God will meet all your needs whatever they may be. Trusting God for a complete healing before Christmas!

I too am glad that God protected her from a serious or fatal fall, and so
grateful for all of your prayers for her. I believe it was prayers of people,
here, plus my daily prayers for her, that opened a door, of mercy from God,
