I'm so glad you put this article up, as this is a confirmation for me. I have been using Billy Bee Honey, on a daily basis, spread on a piece of toast for my morning breakfast, for a couple of months now. Since I'll been eating it, I no longer get cramps in my stomach or I.B.Syndrome, or gastritis. and I feel so much better now. I feel like I have a new stomach, much more settled and calm. Billy Bee Honey, is one of the purest honey's and I now believe it has healing properties, because of using it myself, and the outcome is excellent. This isn't the honey mentioned in the article, however, if you get the purist honey in your area, I'm sure it will have the same affect and help in the meantime, until the other honey is available, which has been researched.

I think it was used in ancient times too, as a healing agent. Everything natural, is so much better than any chemicals used for healing these days.

Valerie, I use honey now mostly instead of sugar. Sometimes I just mix a half teaspoon of cinnamon into a tablespoon or so of honey and eat it with a spoon. Cinnamon and honey together are two healing elements that work synergistically to speed healing. I also put cinnamon in my coffee grounds and brew it together and make cinnamon toast with honey.
