MAJOR NEWS: U.S. & RUSSIA Agree to REMOVE ASSAD

Yes, the all caps means I am shouting!!!! This is a huge, major news item that no one seems to be paying much attention. For Russia to turn on Assad after all of the threats they have issued and the armaments they have given to Syria is stunning to say the least! This is the EVE of Christmas Eve that this is happening. One week from the new year we are seeing a major turn politically in the middle east and it makes me wonder what is about to happen next, the fall of Damascus perhaps as prophesied by Isaiah? That will be the domino that causes a chain reaction worldwide. Pay attention because things can really begin to speed up now.

Opposition sources claim Moscow backs diplomatically arranged regime change in Syria; no official confirmation

he United States and Russia reportedly agreed to a measure by which Syrian President Bashar Assad would step down after 21 months of violent insurrection, and a transitional government would assume power, Arabic newspaper A-Sharq Al-Awsat cited opposition group members saying on Saturday.

According to the report in the London-based paper, the US convinced Russia to change its stance on Syria during high-level diplomatic meetings in Dublin and Geneva. Moscow reportedly consented to tell Assad that he could either step down in an orderly transfer of power and receive international protection, or that his safety would not be guaranteed and negotiations for a transition government would be held without him.

The plan would create a transitional government made up of regime and opposition figures, diplomatic sources told the Daily Telegraph. Russian officials told the British newspaper that Moscow was prepared to ease the Syrian president out of power.

“Assad doesn’t have a future, he knows this,” it quoted a senior Russian official saying. “But he is not a fool. He will not just go voluntarily.

This IS exciting news!!! I also wonder what our favorite Hawaiian Pastor, J.D. Faraq has to say about THIS current event , don't you!?

Thank you, T/Sue, for posting this about Assad. Knowing Assad's refusing to be moved from power...most likely he just as soon stay put in his Damascus palace, and die there.

So what if this means Damascus will fall overnight?

What if this also means that since assad knows this, he may decide to get revenge on the U.S. first, causing a bomb to be sent to the U.S. before Damascus which in turn would mean our rapture.
