" MOON ALERT " 5TH FULL MOON ,8-3-2012

Psalm 27 (NIV1984)

1 The Lord is my light and my salvation —
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid?
2 When evil men advance against me
to devour my flesh,
when my enemies and my foes attack me,
they will stumble and fall.
3 Though an army besiege me,
my heart will not fear;
though war break out against me,
even then will I be confident.

FYI

The full Moon rose in Eastern Australia Thursday night 2nd August 2012 about 50 minutes after sundown. Sundown was about 1700hrs AEST. It seemed really delayed. It was a waxing gibous on the nights beforehand and had been a regular pattern waxing since new moon. Except the moon on the wednesday evening after sunset was too high in the sky (Usually) to indicate the Full moon to be on the Thursday evening.

After Thursday, on the following nights the waning gibous has been rising further north each night and seems a bit extreme in its orbit.

Now tonight sunday 6th of August 2012 after rising the "Man on the moon" seems turned and the moon has a distressed shape to it. It is a bit dented or mishapen looking on the left hand bottom side.

Might be an illusion but I think the moon is a bit off. I noticed this before I saw this post and the other post about the other funny object. The guy in the film is also talking about other irregularities he has noticed in the full moon.

Has anyone made any other observations?
