It "SEEMS" that God was trying to "speak" a "NOAH"
warning and something akin to Psalm 7:7 (below) by
using a 7.7 quake on a 7/17 (7/17/06)!!!

Rule over them from on high;

There were 2 "17's" in the Noah account. The first was at
the beginning of the flood (judgment) and the next was
when the ark arrived on Ararat (their new home).
