DC To Be Dark For Days

The title in the subject bar is the headline on Drudge Report right now. The power company has said that most will have power restored by Friday, July 6th. I feel sorry for the people who live there who are without air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave. But it is good news that the government will be shut down for a week. As Will Rogers once said, "No man is safe when the government is in session."

I too feel sorry for those without air conditioning
especially, the very elderly, and small children.

Dark Days for sure, however, soon even darker days to come.

Praying we're out of here beforehand.

As far as I'm concerned, DC has been dark for not only days, but for 3 1/2 (or so--) years. And you all know why, dontcha!?

Not only DC, Kathy G., but the whole entire U.S. b/c of Zero, the AC, & his evil disciples, too.

I felt this total darkness from day one, when it was formerly announced that he had won the election--11.2.08. I knew then that the U.S. was doomed.

You girls are so right. I remember being almost physically ill when I heard the results. Depressed, and could feel the dark settling over everything that night and the next day. Since that day in 2008, the darkness continues to get deeper and thicker.
