Something new appeared on the landscape this week. An article about a horrible incident in South Beach, Florida is making the news circuit. It is about a nude man eating the face off of another nude homeless man. When approached and told to stop by the police, the man looked up, growled and continued his cannabalism. He was shot by the police but it didn't stop him. It took six bullets to kill him, to stop him in this evil act. The news is blaming a new drug fad for this man's behavior. Anyone who is a Christian and has a shred of sense can see that it is a clear case of demon possession of the worst kind.

It looks like the level of evil has racheted up quite a distance. A word of caution to my brothers and sisters in the Lord. It is a good idea to pray in the morning and at night over your self, your loved ones, and your property in the name of Jesus and ask God to assign angels over all. Jesus has given us His name and His authority in the earth. We do not need to be afraid, but we definitely need to know the extent of our authority. There is a very good older book which had been out of print, but has now been put in print again called "The Authority of the Believer" by John McMillan. It is available at Billye Brim's website. It may be in the bookstores but I doubt it. This was an old book that has been rediscovered and Sister Brim got permission to reprint it.

Ronald Poppo, left, was the victim of a horrific cannibal attack at the hands of Rudy Eugene, Miami police said Tuesday.

Ronald Poppo, a Miami homeless man, has been identified as the victim in a horrific face-chewing attack. Miami police released a photo of Poppo, 65, Tuesday afternoon.

A police officer shot and killed Poppo’s attacker, 31-year-old Rudy Eugene, as he chewed Poppo’s face in the shadow of The Miami Herald’s headquarters. Both men were naked at the time of the attack, the Herald reported.

Poppo remains in critical condition at a hospital.

During the incident, Eugene had reportedly refused to stop chewing even after being wounded by police.

Authorities are still looking for more witnesses to the grisly incident, which ended with Eugene’s death.

Horrific photos emerged allegedly showing Poppo badly mauled Tuesday. Although the pictures, which appear to show a horrifically disfigured face of a man receiving medical treatment, have not been confirmed by officials as that of the victim, witness accounts appear to match with the images.

Local reports said most of the man’s face was gone — his nose bitten, his eyes gouged, his skin ripped away. All that remains intact is the man’s goatee, according to the Miami Herald.

Detective William Moreno said police want to understand what led to the grisly scene in which a witness said the Eugene growled when a police officer told him to stop his attack.

“We know that there were many people on the MacArthur Causeway, and we’re hoping they come forward,” Moreno told The Miami Herald on Monday.

Miami police have released few details about the weekend attack. Messages left for a police spokesman and the Miami-Dade County medical examiner were not immediately returned.

Police had suggested the assailant might have been on “new potent form” of LSD, according to local television.

“Whenever we see that a person has taken all of his clothes off and has become violent, it’s indicative of this excited delirium that’s caused by an overdose of drugs,” Armando Aguilar of the Miami Fraternal Order of Police, told WSVN-Fox 7.

“What’s happening is inside their body their organs are burning up alive.”

Witness Larry Vega was riding his bicycle Saturday afternoon when he saw the attack.

“The guy was, like, tearing him to pieces with his mouth, so I told him, ‘Get off!’” Vega told Miami television station WSVN. “The guy just kept eating the other guy away, like, ripping his skin.”

Vega flagged down a police officer, who he said repeatedly ordered the man to get off the victim. The attacker picked his head up and growled at the officer, Vega said.

Vega said the officer shot the attacker, who continued chewing the victim’s face. The officer fired again, killing the man.

Vega said the victim appeared gravely injured.

“It was just a blob of blood,” Vega said. “You couldn’t really see, it was just blood all over the place.”

Vega declined to speak Tuesday with The Associated Press and said he was trying to put the attack behind him.

According to reports, Eugene had been arrested eight times since he was 16, mostly on drug charges.

R.J., the cannabalism made me think of the nephilim also. We really need to be pro-active about our protection in Jesus' name and be very aware of our surroundings even going to work or to the grocery store, etc. The Holy Spirit within us will alert us to danger zones and bad situations and I think we are seeing an increase in these just before Jesus comes back.

Another thing just occurred to me as I was thinking about this. Did the stamp of approval for homosexual marriage by the leader - BO - open the door to this new level of demonic activity? Maybe, because this is a new low for this country in every sense.

Really ready to get off this planet now! Please come Lord Jesus.

Whilst not knowing exactly what, something did happen in the spirit realm last weekend. Things have ramped up. Thank goodness, We have our authority in Jesus our Messiah. Everything you said is so true TexasSue. Yep. Plead, apply the blood of Jesus. Extremely POWERFUL! The Lord also showed me in a vision a few years ago to plead, apply the blood of Jesus over our pets as well. Sometimes even over our homes, our property, cars, belongings. My family thinks I'm bonkers oh well I listen to the Lord. I don't tell them anything anymore I just do it.
