Only just awhile ago, I was watching the Weather Channel...

There, they showed us what the upcoming eclipse of the sun will look like. It looked like to me, Jesus announcing His engagement to us, His Bride, in the form of an engagement ring w/a diamond at the topmost part of the eclipse.

When I saw it, I told Jesus that I love Him, and that I will be too happy to accept His porposal of marriage. It it my hope that you too, when you see the eclipse, will also accept His porposal of marriage as well.

Should we not say that the "moon" has a "ring" around
it this weekend??!!

If so, AND, the "moon" is a "reflection" of the "sun" (JUST
AS "WE" SHOULD BE OF CHIRST). In Psalm 19, the "sun"
is the "Bridegroom" ("Jesus").

THEREFORE.........

Maybe this weekend's Annular Eclipse "IS" a picture of
"Jesus" (the "sun" / "Bridegroom") putting a "ring" on
the "Bride" (the "moon"). LOOK CLOSELY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calvin, is an eclipse referred to as a ring of fire too or is this a special case this time?

LOL! Forgive me, but so often, when I read or hear "ring of fire," this song comes to my mind.

Since no one has mentioned it, I was wondering how many of you folks saw the eclipse of the sun, yesterday of May 20th, 2012, in your own neck-of-the-woods?

I saw it out my way, and in my little corner of the southwestern AZ. I put on my straw hat & sunglasses; for which I peeked through my straw hat as the eclipse occurred at around 6:15-6:40 PM (MT).

The engagement/or wedding band of it looked upside down... but it was noticeble just the same.

What did you all think of it?
