BBC documentary The Shroud of Turin New Evidence. The argument over the authenticity of the Turin Shroud has taken a new twist after researchers say they may have found fresh evidence that the cloth bears the face of Christ. A team carrying out work in some of Rome's ancient catacombs have discovered a ceiling fresco which they believe shows the same man as the image on the holy relic.
They believe that the portrait dates from as early as 60AD, indicating it may have been painted by someone who had actually seen Christ while he lived.





There is no doubt in my mind that the shroud is the burial cloth of Christ, since the Lord revealed this to me a few decades ago. No one needs to convince me, the Lord has done so long ago!

That makes two of us, Valerie, who has always believed that the almost full body image seen on the Shroud of Turin is indeed Jesus'.
