1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

   For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Let us never forget the great loving sacrifice our Lord Jesus made by willing laying down His life for us sinners!

Thanks be to God, for sending Your only begotten Son, whom was obedient to God the Father even unto death. Thank you Jesus for willing dying for our sins, and for your resurrection from death, which is the promise for those whom have accepted your saving grace and love you. Thank You Holy Spirit for dwelling within us! Thank You for comforting, guiding, teaching all things of God the Father & Son! Holy Spirit of God, whom will change our corruptible bodies into incorruptible ones, at the coming of our Lord Jesus at the Rapture we are awaiting for that day to hasten!

Therefore, even if we whom are in Christ should die, we will live forevermore in your presence! For at Jesus' coming at Rapture the dead in Christ will be resurrected first and then the living will be changed and caught up together to meet the Lord in the Air. Maranatha! Amen!

Fortunately, I have The Passion of the Christ on DVD, and I watched it this afternoon. I can't think of a more fitting day than Good Friday to watch this gut-wrenching movie.

You're absolutely correct, most perfect day to watch this movie is on Good Friday! I've seen it, and it is so heart wrenching, tears, and more tears. At times it's so hard to watch the brutal actions towards Jesus...I don't know if I could watch it again.

Today at 3:00pm, I stopped to remember in silence and in prayer the time, the hour when Jesus died on the cross! When I had my eyes closed I could envision Jesus hanging on the cross at close range, and the vision of Jesus came back each time I closed my eyes!
There is no greater love than to lay down your life for another; and Jesus willing did it for all of us!

And with that said, Valerie, on the other hand, the Jesus movie is the perfect movie to watch on Easter Sunday!
