Just when you thought the gov has gone too far with the illegal election of O, NDAA, TSA, etc., they find a new way to violate the Constitution, or shall I say, SHRED it. On Friday, March 16th as we all trudged home from work, Obama signed an Executive Order into Law that is called "Peacetime Martial Law". Basically, it gives the different branches of the government authority to TAKE anything from a private citizen that the gov deems necessary for "peacetime defense". This includes, homes, farms, equipment, food, you name it, they can claim it!

Also, notice the title, "Peacetime Martial Law". They can violate any and all (former) rights of American citizens right now. With this they don't have to wait until there is a national emergency, another 9-11 or all out war. It is like waking up from a nightmare to realize that the nightmare followed you into consciousness. Of course the signing of this Executive Order came right after the Congress passed a bill to outlaw, yes OUTLAW protests. This took away our right to assembly and to free speech. Now our right to private property has been shot down. What next?

Finally, I have to point out that I saw this information, not in the New York Times or the Chicago Sun or the Dallas Morning News; it was posted in CANADA's media. Do you somehow feel that we have slipped into an iron curtain country?

Obama Executive Order: Peacetime Martial Law!

This Executive Order was posted on the WhiteHouse.gov web site on Friday, March 16, 2012, under the name National Defense Resources Preparedness. In a nutshell, it’s the blueprint for Peacetime Martial Law and it gives the president the power to take just about anything deemed necessary for “National Defense”, whatever they decide that is. It’s peacetime, because as the title of the order says, it’s for “Preparedness”. A copy of the entire order follows the end of this story.


Under this order the heads of these cabinet level positions; Agriculture, Energy, Health and Human Services, Transportation, Defense and Commerce can take food, livestock, fertilizer, farm equipment, all forms of energy, water resources, all forms of civil transporation (meaning any vehicles, boats, planes), and any other materials, including construction materials from wherever they are available. This is probably why the government has been visiting farms with GPS devices, so they know exactly where to go when they turn this one on.

Regina, I just finished posting a lengthy reply on your thread, "The Silence Is Deafening". As I am reading all of this today and getting the full picture it just feels surreal! Like some kind of bad dream and hoping it will just go away.

As some have said on here before, I just don't think there will be an election this year. Mr. O, or AC is putting all the framework in place to strip us of every freedom we thought we had and the whole country is being converted into one big gulag. Right to vote? That one is gone right along with the right to free speech, private property, freedom of assembly, freedom from unlawful intrusion, unlawful arrest, right to an attorney, right to trial, freedom to worship, right to work, freedom to travel unmolested, on and on and on. Put a fork in it, its done!

Even though both of our threads deal with the same issue, let's leave both up as different aspects of that issue are covered in each.

Regina, I know that God is holding back or restraining the antichrist and his plans until we are removed. In other words, I know that the mark of the beast cannot be pushed until we are gone, the ac cannot be revealed to the world until we are gone. What I am not sure of is what we may see here in this country before we are removed and I am concerned about that as much as you are. I do know that the Bible promises us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of a sound mind.

The Fed can take everything but they CANNOT take my Jesus (Yahshua) who lives in me forever.

I also remember reading, that every product that we buy has some sort of a id tag on it so that stores can track what they need to reorder..

But it will also enable the gov't to find out who has what in their homes so that they can confiscate it and people will have to take the mark of the beast if they want to eat..and also if the Lord tarries for any length of time, Christains who have stock piled will have their supplies confiscated too..

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Now I fully understand, why I cried, and was so upset the day before the elections for O. The night when I prayed fervently that he would lose the election, and was told that he would win, because he had to fulfill his part in scripture, because "He is the One!" The One that brought change, from democracy, to dictatorship! From life to death, from a country founded on Christianity to a country controlled and dictated the laws of Satan.

Yet he has yet a much bigger role to play out on the world stage, From O, to AC, when Satan incarnates him, and takes total control over him.

All I can add is thank God we'll be gone very soon, I'm sick and tired of the evil that has permeated each and every corner of the world. Therefore, this world is no longer my home.

I feel just like you do Gimel, they can take everything from me, but they can't ever take Jesus that lives within my very heart and soul!

Thank the Lord we're not going to be here to have to make that choice! I just hope that God has plans to send Jesus to come and Rapture us before Obama starts Holocaust II.

This time I will defend Obama's policy to save the US but at the same time it shows how the US is really on the brink of collapse.

I have a different opinion. I know most of you don't like this but I think this must be done in order to save the US. Of course there are drawbacks of it if it is abused to advance socialism agenda.

The bright side of it are:

1. This order will basically wipe out every "right" owned by foreign entities in the US land either in the form of ownership or contract sharing related to oil, gas and other resources even including manufacture industries and banking industries. If you look at the statistics, you know we are basically owned by foreigners. With this law, the US government has right to take back every property for the use of defense agreement.

2. This order will make all the accquisition of our domestic firms by foreigners void under defense concerns. You know Arabs and those of Middle East may have big shares of our banking capital and car industries as well as some important basic support industries for our defense industries used by Pentagon and CIA. Under this agreement, there is no way they could force their own agenda of stripping the US defense and force their policy on us.

3. Under a bigger view, this serves as another sign of the bankruptcy of our government and the US. Don't know how much longer the US could survive without intended wars.

4. The coming wars would set up all occupied properties by foreigners to basically zero. And this is what will come, concerning we are owned by foreigners right now.

Best of all , we are going out of here soon.

Here the writer thinks the order is a non event, that he will believe it matters if martial law is ever in fact declared and he sees the effect of it. Otherwise, business as usual.

Come Lord Jesus. I can hardly wait until YOU are ruling down here. You are the trustworthy King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Gimel, what you are saying is nationalization, or expropriation which has happened in the past. Mexico nationalizing oil companies in 1938 for example, or in Argentina with pension plans.

If the US did this, who would want to lend them money again? It would be chilling for investment.

The author of the article referenced above says no sweat, this power has been there in one form or another for years. To me, threat of forced labor and losing ones possessions and resources is no small thing. God knows what is going on. Whatever happens cannot be unless He allows it for a reason. This order will either come into effect or not, but no matter what Our God Is In Control. He is King of the Universe.

The problem is..maybe it is a good idea and maybe not..but all bad ideas start with a good idea..

what I mean is, that we agreed to give up some rights after 9/11 to keep us safe..now we see the abuse of those laws starting.. the obamacare health plan..sounds good..until we see how many rights we will lose..even some laws that are abhorrent to Christians ..like abortion..started out sounding good..(so they say) separation of church and state..is not in the Constitution, but sounds good until we see our religious freedoms going away..The right to carry arms..they will say children will get hurt..so many will agree to give that right up too..

I just don't trust this government with any of my rights..or having any control over anything..
