I have two friends who both work for FEMA here in Illinois. I periodically touch base with them to see what's going on in the state and in the nation. These guys have worked all over from 9/11 to Katrina to Joplin tornadoes this past year. Both of these guys I have know for about 9 years now and have always been on the up and up with me.

In past meetings they've always said that if they deemed it necessary, no matter what, they would care enough to tell their closest friends and family if something was coming down the pipe.

Well, yesterday I stopped by to chat for a bit while out and about. I seriously don't want to give too many clues to whom they may be. There are things I could mention that if the right person where to pick up on this, they would be found without a doubt. In any case, we were standing in the kitchen shooting the bull and I asked them " don't you guys get enough of each other at work that you hang out when your home too..?" They told me they were leaving tonight for "some time" down to the Illinois-Missouri-Tennessee area. I asked them what was going on and was told that if what happens that they think is going to happen, it's going to be a big quagmire. They said that they've been training for many months on the fault zone of New Madrid and that it could happen sooner than later.

I got this big lump in my throat. "So a big earthquake possibly?" He said if this thing "breaks loose" like they've predicted, it will bring massive casualties to big cities in the midwest including Chicago, St. Louis, Memphis, Louisville, etc. Natural gas pipelines will rupture causing uncontrolled fires along with several nuke plants taking massive damage as well. They said that the massive chaos could be enough to declare a Marshal Law situation. Many communications will be down so the panic of not knowing whats going on will cause widespread looting and disorder. The power grid will certainly be affected as well.

This is my first thread, so please folks, what do you think about this?? I trust these guys 110% because they're very good friends and they're family men. They really don't even like the government that they work for.

I left there very frightened and tense. I have no reason to believe ever that they would make this up. They're straight up people, they just work for the wrong side.

Does anyone think there is any validity to the subject besides myself? Any threads lately backing what they're claiming??

Please, go easy on me, I'm not a fear mongerer, just a father and a husband who cares about his family and the people that surround me.

Kristi, thanks for linking the website where you found this article. I had just updated a thread I posted the other day with a warning from someone who wrote to Steve Quayle, that there is something big coming between the 13-23rd of March. Could this be what they meant? Don't know but it is curious that both of these warnings are out now. Here is the link to the thread I mentioned:

Interestingly Timothy Snodgrass had a warning posted on his website as well of an impending California quake. He said it would follow a quake in Vanatu of a 7.1 or 7.2. Last Friday (March 9th) there was a 7.1 that hit Vanatu.

March 11, 2012 - Shortly before arriving in the United States on 3/3/12, I awoke from a vivid dream of an 8.0 quake, centered in the beautiful State of California. Within a matter of minutes, I received a communication from Prophetess Susan O'marra in New York, describing the exact same dream of an 8.0 quake, which she had at exactly 8:00 AM

In both of our dreams, no time frames where given. I had not planned on making a public statement regarding this dream, until a 7.1 quake shook the Vanuatu Islands on March 9. This quake in the South Pacific is prophetically significant. In the early 90s the Lord spoke to me that sometime in the future a large California quake would be preceded by an earthquake in Vanuatu measuring 7.1 - 7.2. Although several quakes over the last decade have fit this description, none of them were accompanied by a rhema warning.

If you are California resident, as a precautionary measure I would advise that you keep some extra drinking water on hand, and store a case of bottled water in the trunk of your car. Also, I would advise that you prepare a small back-pack or carrying case by your door, filled with all of the personal items and necessary medications needed in the event of an emergency. This is just a precaution, but I would advise that you remain on alert for the next thirty days - through Passover.

This is not a prophetic warning of an impending earthquake. This is simply a precautionary word of counsel and wisdom, as we observe the signs in the sun, moon and stars. The 7.1 Vanuatu quake occurred only a matter of hours after a major solar flare hit the earth, and the sun continues to erupt. Is it by accident that these events are occuring on the first anniversary of the Great Japan Quake? I do not think so. Remember, I was there during the grear quake in Japan on March 11. I am speaking out of love and experience, it is better to be prepared for what is coming. I believe that much intercession for California is needed over the next 30 days. An 8.0 is too large. Prayer can change the equation, bring down the magnitude, and save lives. Nothing is impossible for God.
