This might be worth bringing up....then again it might not be. Use discernment.

Almost two years ago I felt the Lord lead me to compose a "left behind letter".

I did this and then I felt led to arrange to have it post automatically on Facebook in the event of the rapture so my nearly 600 Facebook friends (many of whom are not Christians) would know where we went and what to expect and how they could be saved.

I have arranged it to post 7 times a couple of days apart automatically on a blog I have. These are scheduled posts that I can go in and tell when to post. Until they post they are invisible to the public.

After they post I have Facebook set to automatically import anything to my Facebook wall that shows up on my external blogs...in this case the Left behind letters.

I received a notification a few days ago that beginning November 22 Facebook would no longer import external blogs.

If we are still here I will reschedule the posts every few days. If we are gone they will post as scheduled. I have been keeping up with rescheduling the posting dates of these letters for almost two years at the Lords leading. At least that is what I believe.
I have been asking Him for two days now why this is happening.

Either it is because

1 – HE wasn’t leading me to do this
2 – HE is coming back before the 22nd
3 – HE was testing my obedience

I don’t know the answer. But after November 22, if we are still here, I will have to figure out another way to get this information to those people.

That is pretty interesting John. I hope we will be going home before 11-22, but we will just have to wait and see. Thanks for the encouragement brother!

I have something to add to this thread!!

I go every Tuesday night to the county jail here in DeSoto County MS and am one of the members of a jail ministry team.

Several months ago, I was asking the Lord for an opportunity to really get to share with the inmates the nearness of Jesus return and to share some of the things in the Bible about the rapture and about many of the things going on in the world indicating His soon return for His Church. One night, I think it was just before Pentecost this year (cause I was on high watch at Pentecost and I thought it might be the last opportunity for me to speak to these men about this), I was asking the Lord to work it out if He was about to come for me to have this opportunity to share with the inmates about these things. I asked the Lord to make it so that the other men I go to the jail with not show up that night so I would be the lone ministry team member that night (because I believe they don't study the signs and the prophecies like many of us do and are of the mindset that we can't know when He is about to return - I hope this is not the case but one night I tried to talk about it with them and there was not a whole lot of back and forth....it was more like just me talking and them looking at me with jaws open)....Well it didn't happen that night and since it wasn't my normal night to preach, I didn't get the chance.

Well tonight, as I was in my driveway getting in my car, the jail ministry leader called me and asked if I was going to the jail. I told him I was on my way.
He said the guy that was supposed to preach tonight could not be reached on the phone and that he himself couldn't make it either. I told him, I would speak to the inmates tonight if Mike didn't show up. He prayed for me on the phone and I went on to the jail.
I got to the jail and waited a few minutes for Mike, but no show. Nobody showed up. We ususally have three to four men show up. Just me.

So I went into the jail chapel and approximately 40 to 50 inmates came in.

I told them I had not prepared anything for the night because it wasn't my night to speak but that I would speak as the Holy Spirit gave me the words to speak.

WOW WOW WOW!! What an awesome night! The Spirit led me big time especially at the end.....I cannot describe what it is like when I have the opportunity to preach the gospel when it is completely led by the Holy Spirit, but tonight I got to preach the gospel AND tell them all about the rapture and the soon coming of the Lord!! PRAISE GOD!! I was able to tell them to be ready.....IT was very encouraging to the ones who are already Christians and it got the attention of the ones who weren't because they were all paying attention very carefully.

When I prayed for them at the end it was a no-doubt-Holy-Spirit led prayer!!

Oh and another personal thing I have been asking the Lord about happened as I was driving to the jail...kind of like a little "heads up" from the Lord. Which made me very happy.

And then when I got home tonight I picked up my daughter and walked outside. I looked up to show her the moon and stars, but there were none because it was completely overcast. I wanted to show her Jupiter because it has been so bright in the sky lately. But it was not visible...nothing was.
So I was in the kitchen a few minutes later by myself and the Lord kind of nudged me to go out and sit and spend some time with Him on the back porch. I don't usually do that out there. So I said "Okay" and walked out there and for some reason I pulled up a chair and positioned it pointing in an unusual direction, kind of facing the house and not the back yard. When I did that I looked up and there was one star visible through a hole in the cloud cover. I am not a star expert, but I thought to myself "what are the chances of that star being Jupiter." So I went inside really quickly grabbed my phone and pointed it up at the sky. I use Google Sky Map which shows the positions of the stars and planets using GPS satellites. Guess what??? the star WAS JUPITER!! I was like "WOW Lord!!" I looked at it for a couple of minutes and then it was covered back up. WOW.

I am very excited about the coming days!! I am expecting that we will be with our King Jesus very very soon!!

Wow John! That is amazing that you were given that opportunity to preach to those inmates at this time. It does seem as though God provided you with this time to preach to them one last time before he raptures the Bride. That is a wonderful sign that we are so close to going home now. John it is a wonderful experience to be in the forefront of Good News spreading of Salvation.
You have been anointed to do that and surely when the rapture comes, you will be counted worthy ..... as a trustful and faithful child.

Wow John, that so cool how the Lord allowed Jupiter to 'peek through' the clouds like that! Those inmates will not be lead astray by the 2 Thessalonians 2:11 'strong delusion' that will be the powers that be explaining the Rapture as some type of abduction or whatever they have cooked up, they will remember your Spirit-led message and surely seek the Truth! Incredible opportunity the Father gave you John, wow!

I can't wait until we see the SON split the clouds in half and call us each by name to join Him in the sky! Today we are closer than we ever have been to this Blessed Hope, and tomorrow will be closer still. Tick Tock...
