1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

   For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

God's not going to let anything happen to our planet. He's not going to let that asteroid slam into our earth. He's going to keep it at a safe distance from our planet.

but we may get to see the asteroid flying by above the sky

It would be very cool to see the asteroid fly by!

I've always been interested in outer space, and all that the Lord has made, in the Heavenlies!

What an Almight, Awesome God we serve!!!

Just think, we'll have the rest of eternity to exployer all these things further!!!

I agree with you and Kathy and believe the Lord will keep us safe, and it won't hit the Earth. The Earth will never be totally destroy!! For it is a world without end. Jesus will come back at Armageddon, to fight and win the battle, and then set up His Kingdom here on Earth.
Jesus will restore the face of the Earth after the battle of Armageddon! It will be Heaven on Earth when Jesus will rule and reign! But we all know before that happens, we will be Raptured, and the Great Tribultion will begin, and terror will fill the hearts of men, for fear of the things to come.

Jesus is coming to take us home, could be anyday now.

Look up our redemption draws nigh!
