My thoughts keep turning to our possible rapture this month. I was remembering a testimony I read a couple of years ago about a man whose wife had passed away. He was missing her so much. One night in a dream, he found himself in heaven and asked someone where ____(his wife's name) was. They directed him to a great hall and when he entered she rushed up to him. The room was full of tables beautifully set for a dinner. She told him that she had been helping set up the tables for the Wedding Supper. She took him to their table and there were place cards with all of their familiy members names on them. She told him that there was much preparation and that heaven was really bustling with activity because the rapture was soon. He said it felt very real and did not know if he were dreaming or had a vision.

I said that again to my 13 yr old who has only been hearing about the rapture since he was 7 years old and he just says "Don't get your hopes up"

I feel so bad because his hopes have been up in the past and now he doesn't think it will happen,

he was somewhat impressed with the FEMA video depicting an upside down disaster,

I will keep praying about it.

Deborah everytime I think about it being possibly a matter of a few days my heart just leaps and joy overwhelms me. Such a wonderful thought isn't it. No wonder Paul says in Thessalonians to encourage each other with this hope. Truly it is a blessed hope.

Hope your son gets his expectation back. It is so difficult when you are young to be disappointed.

Soon our Blessed Hope will appear for His Bride!
The last trump will sound. First the dead in Christ will arise and then we'll be changed and caught up together with them to meet Jesus in the clouds! We'll be with Jesus forevermore!

Yes it could be in just a few days, let's pray it is so! The signs are all pointing to the timeline of the Lord's arrival is imminent!

Ready and willing to go and God is able to make it happen!

Valerie I love the picture you posted. All I can think of is won't it be wonderful there. That's why I love that song so much. We will be living the life that God intended for us all along, the life lost in the garden of Eden. Soon, soon, and very soon and we will see and live with our King of the Ages. We will be free to approach the throne and worship our Father Creator with all of our being. We will see Holy Spirit in person and be able to thank Him for leading and guiding us, sealing us for full redemption. What a day that will be - the day that will never, never ever end.
