"The truth about Comet Elenin is that it is a quite ordinary, fairly small comet discovered on Dec. 10, 2010, by Russian amateur astronomer Leonid Elenin using a remote controlled telescope in Arizona.

This comet will pass closest to the sun on Sept. 10 (45 million miles) and closest to Earth on Oct. 16 at a distance of 22 million miles. Despite the fact that

Has anybody read or seen any information that states that Elenin is only 3-4 km. in diameter? Did I miss something? Either they don't know what they are talking about OR the MSM is intentionally spreading dis-information. I have noticed that anytime that Elenin is mentioned in the news and the question of it effecting the planet...the finger is pointed to the 'doom and gloomers' for spreading lies. Has anybody else seen that?

It is obvious now that when Elenin does arrive, it will 'absolutely' take most of the earth (the people) by surprise.

And I believe we will see this scripture fulfilled...

Luke 21:26 "Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken."

I saw a you tube with someone from NASA saying these "not to worry" things,

I suppose they would have mud in their face if they tell the truth now,

I have seen reports of Elenin that report otherwise, just another wait and see thing.

i agree that they are probably hiding the truth of this "thing"

indeed ... the world will be very shocked if the unexpected happens

because the people are never warned and told the truth and severity of this "celestial object" that is coming ------ whatever you may call it

Wasn't that an estimate that was determined at the time of discovery in Dec. 2010? And with an 18" telescope...billions of miles away?

You are right but don't think that is the current estimate.

You're right, Mark. I have not seen an update on the size yet. They just want us to believe that it's a wimpy comet.
