This posting is dedicated to the forever memory and honor of Valerie, who was the founder of, and the inspiration for, this Web site.  The Web site will continue to operate in Valerie's remembrance, as requested by her family.  God bless!

1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

   For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

The Rapture Index

The Rapture Ready site has the Rapture Index. There are 45 categories each with a maximum score of 5/5. 5 being maximally fulfilled. Today's score was 184 out of a possible 225, or 81.7% of the total fulfillment. I believe the 184 is an all time high.

In the categories there were 18 5/5, 15 4/5, and 10 3/5. I take this index somewhat like the Dow Jones averages; a representation of a current position and a trend. While I do not always agree how they change the ratings, I have noted that as our earthly monetary economy drops, our heavenly eternal economy rises.

I sincerely hope this trend continues indicating that we will also soon rise in the air to meet Christ as He rescues all true believers from the wrath to come. Soon and very soon. Come quickly, Lord Jesus.
