Acts 5
Ananias and Sapphira
1 Now a man named Ananias, together with his wife Sapphira,
also sold a piece of property. 2 With his wife’s full knowledge
he kept back part of the money for himself, but brought the
rest and put it at the apostles’ feet.

3 Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled
your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept
for yourself some of the money you received for the land?
4 Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was
sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you
think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human
beings but to God.”

5 When Ananias heard this, he fell down and died. And great
fear seized all who heard what had happened. 6 Then some
young men came forward, wrapped up his body, and carried
him out and buried him.

7 About three hours later his wife came in, not knowing what
had happened. 8 Peter asked her, “Tell me, is this the price
you and Ananias got for the land?”

“Yes,” she said, “that is the price.”

9 Peter said to her, “How could you conspire to test the Spirit
of the Lord? Listen! The feet of the men who buried your husband
are at the door, and they will carry you out also.”

10 At that moment she fell down at his feet and died. Then the
young men came in and, finding her dead, carried her out and
buried her beside her husband. 11 GREAT FEAR SEIZED THE
WHOLE CHURCH AND ALL WHO HEARD ABOUT THESE
EVENTS.

The Apostles Heal Many

12 The apostles performed many signs and wonders among
the people. And all the believers used to meet together in
Solomon’s Colonnade. 13 NO ONE ELSE DARED JOIN THEM,
EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE HIGHLY REGARDED BY THE
PEOPLE. 14 Nevertheless, more and more men and women
believed in the Lord and were added to their number. 15 As a
result, people brought the sick into the streets and laid them
on beds and mats so that at least Peter’s shadow might fall
on some of them as he passed by. 16 Crowds gathered also
from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing their sick and those
tormented by impure spirits, and all of them were healed.

The VERY BEST description of “types” of REALLY what is going
on NOW was done by CJ. PERIOD. I also like the “FACT” that
he is from “ARK”ansas. God gave this 21 year old young man an
incredible gift. It is SOOOO AMAZING that these two “twisters”
so “FIT” the time between “Passover” (or the espousal) and
“Pentecost” (the marriage).

And yet, God is giving His “church” / His “bride” warnings!!!!

I have always believed the only way to discover the rapture
is through PARALLELS because there is "NOTHING NEW
UNDER THEN SUN", nothing that will not be repeated! I
have FINALLY found the parallel have always been looking
for, the one God LEFT US to understand the rapture day!

We know that the church is "Spiritual Israel".

"But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation,
a people for God's own possession, that you may proclaim
the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness
into his marvelous light; for you once were not a people, but
now you are the people of God; you had not received mercy,
but now you have received mercy" (1 Peter 2:9, 10).

Peter said that Christ's church is "a holy nation" (1 Peter 2:9).
Figuratively speaking, the church is God's nation of people, a
kingdom of people exclusively consecrated to Him.

Israel, as God's chosen nation, was called to holiness.
Through Moses, God told Israel, "You shall be holy, for I the
Lord your God am holy" (Leviticus l9:2). He further told them,
"And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation"
(Exodus 19:6). With this call of Israel to holiness in mind, and
even quoting perhaps from Leviticus 19:2, Peter told the readers
of his letter, "But like the Holy One who called you, be holy
yourselves also in all your behavior, because it is written,
'You shall be holy, for I am holy"' (1 Peter 1:15,16).

The church, therefore, is spiritual Israel, the Israel of God today.
We are a chosen people just as Israel of old was chosen. We
have priesthood today even as Israel did in Old Testament
times. As Israel was God's holy nation, the church is God's holy
nation today. Even as God called Israel to be a people of His own
possession in the days of old, today, in the Christian dispensation,
God regards Christ's church as His chosen possession.

We are clearly "SPIRITUAL ISRAEL"

Now, this brings up a very, very interesting understanding of
the way God will "marry his church"...

How?

Since we are the spiritual aspect of Israel, the Lord will marry
us in the same manner he married Israel -- AT SINAI, on
PENTECOST!

Israel was the bride of Jehovah & the church is the bride of
Christ! -- SEE the difference?

Physical wedding and Spiritual wedding - Jehovah to Israel -
Christ to church! If we are SPIRITUAL ISRAEL, the Christ is
SPIRITUAL JEHOVAH!! The wedding will take place on the
same day it did in the Old Testament, which is Pentecost!!

Now, before God actually married Israel, the courtship of Israel
by God began during the Passover season, on the day of first
fruits! Many Jewish scholars believe that when Israel was the
bride of Jehovah, Passover was the courtship of Israel but
Shavuot (Pentecost) was the actual marriage!

Do you see yet the parallel?

Biblical truths and patterns ALWAYS start from a Jewish origin.
This is the same way it is with Jesus Christ and His bride from
Passover to Pentecost!! Understanding yet?

There was a heavenly sign given on a Jewish Sabbath back on
the 49th (“the Son of Man; the wrath of God”) day of 2006 (see
bottom of post). It was a sign of “CROSSING THE JORDAN”!!!
We know that Moses was NOT ALLOWED to cross the Jordan
so Joshua ( a “type” of Jesus ) took the children of Israel across.

This Saturday, June 11th, 2011 (11 11??), is the 278th Jewish
Sabbath from that sign. In other words, counting day 2/18/06
as Sabbath number “1”, 6/11/11 is Sabbath number 278. Look
CLOSELY below at Strong’s number for 278:

MESSAGE:

It is so easy to forget that we NEED to stay in the Word. The
Word cleanses us. The Word gives us REAL insight because
it is in agreement with the Holy Spirit. The Word will keep us
humble, without which, we can NEVER be wise.

You can go on and on.

But, in today’s church, you only need a “badge” that declares
you able enough to perform whatever the church declares. No
need to do much soul searching.

Sooo…..

When the church WON’T discern these judgments for itself,
where will they go? I think BOTH of these “whirlwinds” came
from the Lord. I believe that they were signs to the church to
"CLEAN YOURSELF UP!!!" and be prepared for His return!!!

***JUST LIKE God opened a "door" of Israel to "cross over" into
Their promised land, He NOW will "open a door" so that Israel
(through many trials) will WIN AGAIN!!!! God allowed Israel to
cross TWICE!!! FIRST, they crossed the Red Sea in escaping
Pharaoh. NEXT, they crossed the Jordan into their promised land.
At this SECOND crossing (of the Jordan), the priests were to go
ahead of the people by "2000" cubits. This number, "2000", means
"crossing the Jordan".

The VERY unique gamma-ray burst (GRB) on the 49th day of 2006
was "2000" seconds. This is also 33 ( "promise" ) minutes. It is
TOTALLY unheard of for a GRB to last that long. When coupled
with the number 49 ( "the Son of Man; the wrath of God" ), to me,
it has a profound meaning as a sign.
