12. Sagittarius (the Archer)

This is the concluding chapter of the first great book
of this Heavenly Revelation; and it is occupied wholly
with the triumph of the Coming One, who is represented
as going forth "conquering and to conquer."

The subject is beautifully set forth in the written Word
(Psa 45:3-5)--

"Gird Thy sword upon Thy thigh, O most mighty,
[Gird Thyself] with Thy glory and Thy majesty,
And in Thy majesty ride propserously,
Because of truth, and meekness, and righteousness;
And Thy right hand shall teach Thee terrible things.
Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the King's enemies;
Whereby the people fall under Thee."

Interesting that this scripture mentioned above says “Gird Thy
sword upon Thy thigh, O most mighty,” because, in my Paul
Newman Dream, I was “finished” with my sword, Paul Newman
( a beautiful Jew ) had left his sword sitting beside a tree. This
is symbolic of my “times” ( a Gentile “fight” ) being OVER, but
the Jewish fight ( the 144,000 ) finally believing on the Gospel
( on “Jesus” ) is about to begin.

I had my Paul Newman dream on Friday night, April 9-10, 2004
which would have been the 18th / 19th of Nissan. This matches
Friday, April 22-23 or Nissan 18/19, 2011 which is exactly “7”
( “spiritual completion” ) Jewish years later.

Bullinger included this under his study of Sagittarius:

AGAIN, it’s interesting that the NEXT constellation in Bullinger’s
“The Witness of the Stars” after Sagittarius is Lyra, the harp, or
“Praise prepared for the conqueror”, because on Friday, April 22nd
is the Lyrid Meteor Shower:

Friday, April 22
The Lyrid meteor shower should peak late tonight, but it's
usually quite weak. The best chance to see an occasional
Lyrid will be around midnight daylight-saving time, when Lyra
is up fairly high but the Moon hasn't yet risen.

This is from Biblical Astronomy, 2010 but it will be
the same night – April 22nd – as last year:

PRAISE PREPARED FOR THE CONQUEROR

It is that time of the year again for the Lyrid Meteor Shower.
This shower puts on a good show now and again.

Astronomers are not predicting an unusually strong Lyrid this
year, though it may produce as many as 15 to 25 meteors per
hour at its peak. In 1982 this shower put on a spectacular show
for a short time during its peak when it rained down meteors at a
rate of 90 meteors per hour. That is a high rate of meteors for
this particular shower.

If you are up in the wee hours of the morning before sunrise on
April 22, it may be worthwhile to take a gander above the eastern
horizon if you have clear skies.

The radiant of this shower is in the constellation Lyra, the harp.
The main theme for this constellation is Praise prepared for the
conqueror, such as Rev. 11:17; 19:7; Psalm 21:1, 8, 10-13; the
conqueror here being Yahshuah. The brightest star in this
constellation is Vega, which means He shall be exalted.

When I see meteors shoot forth from Lyra I think of praises going
forth before Him and to Him.

The chart below shows the radiant of the shower in the constellation
Lyra and near the star Vega at the time of its peak in the early
morning hours of April 22.
