Bob, we just wanted to express our thanks for the excellent work you did in painting the inside of our home. You really brought that old home to life with great colors and trim details. This is the fifth home we’ve purchased. In buying “this old house” we looked for an older fixer upper, with the detail and character of homes build back in the 1920’s – 30’s. We were excited to find this 1933 lannon stone home. What wasn’t exciting was all the work it needed, starting with painting the interior of the home. The old home needed fresh paint in every room, closet, hallway and radiator (27 gallons). We could not give a job of this size the time and effort needed to do it right - We needed a professional painter!



We were concerned with bringing in a painting contractor, since past experience with contactors was not always the most positive. Anyone who buys some ladders, brushes, rollers, and drop cloths can call themselves a professional painter. That can be far from the truth once you see the product of their workmanship. We’ve found contractors do not always deliver what they promise! Some of the pitfalls of painters we’ve worked with in the past have been no shows; poor hired help; owner not present; poor paint coverage; sloppy workmanship, etc…the list is long.



It was refreshing to work with Bob’s Painting and Siding, a contractor that truly takes pride in his work and reputation, and over-delivered what was promised. You restored our faith in working with contractors, especially painting contractors. In your case you are a true professional painter. You do outstanding workmanship. You left the job site neat and clean. You were pleasant to work with, and best of all you did what you said you were going to (and showed up on time every day)!! Bob, again we would like to thank you and your crew for the outstanding job. It’s your paint job that makes the house. We already have given your name to a couple that is looking for a painter. If and when we have future painting projects we will certainly be calling you, since we now know what to expect – ‘quality work at a fair price’. Thanks again.
