i sent a long email on this, but in short; read pages 69 to 72 (pelvic and vaginal structures - i think i already gave you a similar handout) and pages 136 to 141 (normal pregnancy complaints).

this will finish most of the "normal pregnancy" module and get us aquanted with pelvic structures.
