help with ultimate bot plz

Can someone help me use ultimatebot, it always says that

"that channel is restricted"

my starcraft name is Cyph3r, my icq is 70404593

it wont get into private channels cause UB dont load in private channels unless u get a bg3 key and bg3 bot t go with the UB
