Check out the website herbmd.com and look for oral ivy. It's homeopathic. My husband would have to get prednisone pills to help relieve the posion ivy reaction and now if he gets any contact with the plant he might only see one or two vessicle but they don't itch or become swollen and red. He takes it spring through fall and does very well. Good Luck,
