Hi John and all!
Another year is upon us, it should be a grand year with all the recent moisture.
Recently moved to Illinois from Missouri. Should be a good time. Still have access to my hot spots from last year and currently checking and scoping out the area. It won't be long, a good excuse to get out and do some hiking. I was out with my daughters last year after the season not having any luck. We had bags for shrooms but weren't finding any. My youngest daughter noticed trash here and there and suggested we keep the forest clean. So we pick up trash as we hiked around.
Remember to take extra bags for trash you see and for your own. Keep Mother Earth Clean. Recycle when you can.
