The beefsteaks can be toxic.I ate them before in my life but, will never do so again,ck web and you'll find what I'm talking about.They contain gases,which is why they need to be boiled until that is gone. There has been a case where someone who ate them for a very long time in their life died of toxic poisoning.Pursue at your own risk.
