5RAR Gold Lanyard

G'day,
I served with The Tigers 1st tour 66-67. Could anybody help me aquire our original Gold Lanyard please?
Am most pleased that I've just joined the Association.

G'day Pom,

The lanyard was the Army issue of the day. Was also used by RAASC (hence we were also known as 'left hand drive Bn'). Christies should have them in Sydney although I have seen many of a newer type with a bit of fancy weaving on the length that goes under the epaulette.

thanks for the info. I will check with Christies.
Where do I know you from? The name is very familiar.
I served with "The Tigers" on the 1st tour and with 2RAR the 2nd tour.
