To all of you 5 RAR blokes we, Ray's kids would be honoured if any of you attending his funeral would like to say a few words. Funeral is being held on
Thursday 10th April @ 11.30am at Yarrawonga Lawn Cemetary.
Ray passed away peacefully on Saturday 5th April after a long battle with cancer.
He is a true fighter and we know how much he loved his Tiger mates.

Your Dad was a great bloke and I will miss him.
We were in the same Platoon in Vietnam. I spoke with Robbo yesterday and pleased that he was with Ray last week.

I will try and call your Mum again tomorrow.

I attended the B Coy 5RAR reunion at Geelong and was honoured by your presence although I only very briefly met you. Ray was a great comrade. I shed my tears in silent comfort with you.
