Operation Renmark and Jim Campbell DFC

Dear Members.
For Anzac Day, the Shrine of Remembrance, Melbourne, assists the RSL by providing images on relevant topics for screening during the Prelude to the Dawn Service. This year the end of the Vietnam War is the central commemorative theme. The RSL would like to highlight Operation Renmark, in which 5RAR was engaged, and the action of helicopter pilot Jim Campbell DFC. The Shrine has only a small photographic collection and does not hold any images to illustrate this theme. Are any of your members able to assist? We require hi-resolution, large file size images, as these will be displayed on large screens around the Shrine and on social media. Please contact Katrina Nicolson, Exhibition Research and Outreach Office knicolson@shrine.org.au or 9661 8129 if you wish to discuss further or can help. regards Katrina

Hi Katrina, I've sent you an email about this.

Re: Operation Renmark and Jim Campbell DFC

Hi Katrina, I failed to mention earlier that there is also an article on this website about Jim, called "HERO OF VIETNAM WAR PACKS PLENTY INTO LIFE". It is under the "General Articles" heading.
