Name missing on 5RAR Roll

Hi,
Have been checking out our 5RAR Roll and notice my name has disappeared. I served as a Section Commander in 11Platoon D Coy in 66-67 for the full tour.
Who do i contact to get it put back on.

Daryl, your name is on the Nominal Roll, in the 'P' section you are listed, 6th from the bottom in the left hand column
