I served with the 5th Battalion on its 1st tour 1966/67.Officially ,I served with Signals Platoon ,Support Company under command of then Captain Ledan & then Sgt Brian London.I also was Colonel Warr French interpreter & also often with then Captain Ronald Boxall.I was sad to hear of Lt Colonel Ronald Shambrook's passing very recently.
I have an excellent photo of Brigadier Ronald Boxall,Lt Colonel Ronald Shambrook & myself Ronald Delary~Simpson taken at the Regiment trooping of the colours a few years back in Sydney. I would be very happy to send an A3 size picture to his wife and daughter as it shows him happily smiling and the photo is very historic with all three in the picture called Ronald.
