Vietamese/ English joint course conducted 1966 Vung Tau

Can anyone guide me towards any info or records as regards a joint Vietanemese/ English Course conducted at Vung Tau 1966 attended by members of 5 RAR and 6 RAR members and ARVN members. I cant find any record. Even though I well record a garish ceremony attended by Brigadier Jackson and high ranking ARVN Officers.

Tom, I have copies of Terry Tomassi's photos and he has quite a few photos taken while he was on that course. In it he has a photo of the Certificate that he received. The course ran from 12 June to 30 September.
