Pretty weak list. I don't see how you can put Chinese Democracy at the top unless you're factoring in volume of popularity.
The album is a few really good guitar parts in extremely overwrought songs with superficially political lyrics that desperately try to be relevant. Once the novelty of a Guns N Roses album after fourteen years wears off, Chinese Democracy will be a footnote in their catalog.
But a few magazines are putting it at #1 just to make their list more marketable.
