i am afraid to say that nearly all our troubles in the GREAT BRITAIN we all live in today can be directly traced back to "US" (the 40/50 somethings who wanted change in mid 1960's - early 1980's).

we were so busy with flower power, weed, freedom, etc and selfishly and greedily wanted more and more and more for self,self,self (not a thought about what society we were creating) - this went on unchecked and we (the 40/50 ish) are now realising that the seeds that we sowed have grown, and we are now ALL reaping the benefits !!!!

yes, like it or not - the breakdown of the family unit, feral children, greed, criminal activity, drugs,lack of morals, financial meltdown, polution, no respect, laziness,etc,etc,etc - can be traced back to our failure to teach our children right from wrong (not all families i admit but in general terms), to respect ourselves and others.

this coupled with discipline (home and school)being called a "dirty word" from BRITISH and european do-gooders, let the idea of "we can do what we like" attitude run through society like a plague.

it will be difficult but we MUST change the way we are heading - otherwise anarchy and distruction will be reaped by all.
