WHILE A GOOD CLEAN SITE,THE OWNERS BRENDA AND JONATHAN ARE THE MOST RUDE,IGNORANT PEOPLE IHAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO MEET.BEING IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY MYSELF IFEEL IT IS IMPORTANT TO BE PLESENTTO PEOPLE,THERE WERE FOUR FAMILIES PAYING ALL TOGHETHER BEST PART OF TWO GRAND FOR AWEEKS STATIC CARAVAN HIRE.THEY COULDNT EVEN BE CIVEL TO US.IWOULDNT BOTHER.[Grim][Grim]

Hi, Mrs Jacques is unfortunately rather unspecific about the problems that occurred to spoil her holiday, other than her intense dislike of the owners. I am rude, arrogant Jonathan (owner of the park) and I can be very specific about Mrs Jacques and her friends (Jansco, Wilcox and Woodall). They stayed at our park for a week from 25/08/2007 (Mrs Jacques waited a year until she posted her vitriol). We have had this holiday park for 8 years and in that time have only barred a handful of guests. These four families were barred. They decided that the few rules that we have for giving people a happy holiday didn't apply. Specifically, they bought a dog (no problem) but refused to pay for it, and then allowed it into a pet free van (kept for people with allergies or asthma problems). We had to suppress their entry into our adults only leisure facility as they persisted in taking their children in with them. They took over an area of the park and generally made a nuisance of themselves. Any requests for tolerance to stop disrupting other peoples holidays was met with abuse and threatening behaviour. I was so concerned that they would damage our caravans prior to leaving that I took their car registration numbers (to inform the police). Mrs Jacques became very aggressive at this. A collective hurrah came from our other guests when they left. Also the claim that the four families paid " the best part of two grand" is a bit wide of the mark as the total paid was £1329.00.
