Hi Peggy.
Your testimony is truly a marvellous demonstration of the love that our heavenly Father, that Jesus has for us. When I came to the Lord late in life compared to many others I was a mess in many ways as a Vietnam vet which I guess you can imagine, I still suffer from PTSD and a few other problems mainly now of my own making even as a believer but the things that He took off me straight away eg; violence, heavy drinking etc went as soon as I received Him, Jesus as my only true saviour. I guess He is waiting for me to make a few changers for myself before He completes the work.

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
