Bob Webber, Jr.?

Does anyone know who Bob Webber, Jr. is who is driving the Bear Motorsports #14 SK this year? Never heard of him, Just Wondering.

Bob Webber, Jr. drove late models up in Northern New England. His family owns Star Speedway. Have to guess there is some serious financial considerations going to Bear Motorsports.
